The food is too greasy the staff are rude they got my order wrong to then go on and say bring food back after a 5 mile travel home they expected us to bring back never mind the distance or cost of fuel they all four items ordered where wrong incorrect sauce incorrect eggs missing hash browns and one rude woman not a good 1st experience will not be going again also for the price u expect the food to be nice

Oh dear.I have been here frequently. I have 1 egg, 2 bacon, 1 fried bread, fresh tomato and a latte. I’ve kept going in as food freshly prepared and always well cooked.I go in by myself, I cause no trouble to anyone else.Alas today, another customer - a window cleaner guy in shorts, was very rude and very nasty to me. This was in called for, and another guy with him told him to apologise. He didn’t - he just became even nastier saying I should sit elsewhere. I was sat at the table by myself when 2 men asked if ok to sit the other end, which they did and were then joined by the window cleaner.I do not deserve such nastiness - does he bully lone older females? Very unpleasant.I will NOT go back to the cafe ever again. I thought it was a safe place to be, but clearly isn’t.So Mr Window Cleaner you have totally spoilt one of my life’s simple pleasures. No doubt that would please you.

We had standard, a veggie and a mega breakfast with drinks for £24 so good value. Clean plates all round which I think speaks for itself. Good service and Ottery St Mary is rather lovely. We enjoyed the photos of the Tar Barrels which is a nice touch. Recommended 👍

Staff so helpful and friendly a proper old fashiond cafe were all the locals go too. Good old fashiond food and the prices are very good you can even buy fresh eggs from the local farm there.

Sally & her staff are always happy to see you. food & drink are very good value. If you have a question the patrons are willing to help.
