Bella Italia Exeter in Exeter

Friendly staff but not particularly efficient. My son enjoyed his pizza but my pasta was dreadful No flavour at all and odd texture sauce Lumps of undercooked bacon fat on top. Really odd.

The moment we walk in the Waiter is so rude. The guy didn't have a big table for our party of 12. So we suggest if we could have 2 separate table next to each other. Then we asked for 2 separate bill. Then he said cannot? Some like to order set meal in 1 table some like alacarte with children. So the Waiter insisted we can't do that? Either with all set meal or all alacarte even we have 2 separate tables? Didn't make sense. So rude that we have to walked out and give our business to other restaurant that are professional with customers service. This place was once my favourite place unfortunately Exeter branch disappoint me this time. I think this guy need to be retrained.

Had an enjoyable 3 course lunch here. Good portion sizes and very tasty. I had the meatballs to start and highly recommend if you like your food a little spicy

Walked in on Sunday, even though it was really busy we had exceptional service from Jemima who was really sweet and understanding of our food preferences. Food was amazing as always, ordered from the set menu - will be coming back very soon.

This was my fist visit at this restaurant and I must say it was very pleasant experience. I’ve ordered from set menu and food was very good. Chocolate brownie was amazing. Good place to go for dinner. Nice food good quality and amazing service. Will be back soon

I visited Bella's yesterday and the service along with the starters, the main course, and the desert was really amazing .The taste of the food was mouth watering thank you for your wonderful 👍🏼 service hope to visit you soon.

Very poor service . Although the waitress serving us seemed to be the only person actually working. Her two male colleagues ignored us on several occasions and believe one of them was the manager who you could see on his phone several times. Very disappointed and definitely wouldn't recommend !!!

Fabulous restaurantThe waitress was very nice and asked if we had any allergies. The food was amazing. However, they need more waiters as the food took quite a long time to arrive and they would serve other people first. Nevertheless, when it arrived it was delicious! We ordered meatballs and bruschetta for starters. Then, we had pasta and pizza for the main. Bella Italia offers a good deal for having a main and a starter. There’s also a possibility of having a 3 courses with a main meal, a starter and a dessert.

Lovely meal very pleasant waiter. Large party arrived just as we did so as expected had to wait a little but longer than normal. But in saying that it was well worth the wait. Our Tesco vouchers off the main menu finished the evening off nicely.
