Costa Coffee in Exeter

Good coffee. Server's need training. Shop could do with a deep clean.

Standard Costa outlet in a very accessible pedestrianised area, indoor and outdoor seating, usual products and very clean. Guide dogs only. Pleasant staff.

Very nice place for a quick cuppa. We went in around lunch time and it was queued out the door, however it didn't seem to phase the staff. They were working like a well oiled machine, nobody was waiting for long. We only had drinks, but we were served quickly with very hot drinks, what more could you wish for. I would definately recommend a visit.

It's a Costa innit. Usual fair. Staff were friendly.

I visited this store whilst staying with family in Exeter it was't as clean and tiday as my store in Folkestone Kent and the staf weren't as friendly either.

Lovely, cheerful and friendly staff. Also great coffee and they open early unlike Pret who now don't open till 9

Yummy!! Went there for a coffee break from shopping with my 8 year old and she got a golden huge chocolate coin and I had a cheeky Quality Street chocolate

The coffee is good ☕ and the service is polite and nice 😊. The place is quiet and not too crowdy.

For anyone who knows me, knows how much I love Costas. Well today was very disappointing as I went in on a very cold and wet day to get a tasty latte(which it was) but the staff were distracted in conversation & stocking up/down and eventually turned to serve me.The state of the shop was very messy, they may have had a busy Monday but it needed a good clean.The outside area where I sat was very untidy with ashtrays full of cigarettes and water from the rain, paper and cups & trays all over. It's a shame as I have been here before and enjoyed my time.

Had our drinks within 10 minutes. 2 tasty hot chocolates, no problems. Enjoyed our cakes too. Staff were pleasant. Tables available midday. Xmas decorations looked pretty.
