Beautiful venue. Really disability friendly. My only two slight comments of concern was the toilets in the ladies were really awful at flushing, nomatter what I did it just wouldn't flush at all and the lady before me hadn't been able to flush eitherAnd there could have done with some queue control at the bar.

Amazing arts venue, good selection of films and performances on show. Restaurant/bar is a lovely addition. My only niggle is that when my partner and I arrived on time for a movie this evening, we were stuck in a really big queue outside of the entrance for a gig, which at the time we didn’t know what it was for. When we finally got inside we were late to the screening. Some signs or instructions so movie goers can filter straight through to the cinema would be really helpful in future.

Great night at the Exeter Phoenix theatre watching Glenn Tilbrook and his son, Leon! Lovely staff in the venue, so helpful and kind. An all round very good fun evening 😀

·

Great venue, great prices at the bar. Bathrooms need a little maintenance during big events such as Ocean Alley. But staff are fabulous, and the place is well organised.

Bouncers loved it. Kept thinking I had drugs to get an extra feel of my bum. They were all massive James Blunt fans. The building had a middle class smell to it and and bar was tiny and over priced. If it wasn't for the harassment of my genitals by security it would of been 1 star.

Sound quality is excellent. You're never far away from the band. Can feel quite packed when sold out. Staff have always been v helpful. Box office even called me back promptly over a query which is not always the case with other organisations.

·

Fantastic intimate venue. Good bar, fast service and decent prices. Gig was really good. Really recommend seeing a gig here.

·

Great intimate venue, incredibly good value drinks and a great choice. Staff are all super friendly. We will certainly be coming back to watch many more shows.

·

Very impressed, great music venue space and wonderful bar. Brilliant range of drinks, including 6 zero or very low alcohol beers, including 1.2% draught IPA

·

What a line up of acts!?! Blancmange and Nerina Pallot one week, Squid and the Julian Piper Memorial Festival* the next! (*50+ great musicians, over 23 hours of music!)
