This place is a busy, bustling establishment in the middle of an industrial area. Popped in for light refreshment whilst visiting up there.

·

Friendly, professional and nice environment. Dropped in for some tea and toast and was able to work a little as I ate. I would certainly stop by again if I was in the area.

If we could rate 10 stars we would... Extra fresh products , large range of recipes choice , tastes fantastic, clean , welcoming, honestly a true gem make your own experience now and thank me later .

Did my speed awareness course in the meeting rooms behind the cafe. Didn't buy anything in the cafe coz I had to rush back to work asap...

Visited on my work travels.Friendly and welcoming staff who were very helpful. Food was great, tasty and good value for money. Definitely will be visiting again on my travels.

Always great food and service. Just wish they had more opening hours.

To the team at Fresha, I wanted to thank you for the warm welcome at your Exeter cafe & meeting room earlier this week. I was somewhat flagging that day, but your yoghurt, honey & muesli proved just the ticket. With kind comments on how I might further give myself a boost, I felt quite 'looked after' and you certainly delivered on your line 'Because what you eat matters'! Keep up the great work and thank you again, SJ x.

Whenever you're assigned a workplace within Sowton, or have an appointment in or around the industrial estate, and you have plenty of time to spare and it is early in the morning, you can get yourself a snack or some breakfast at Fresha Ltd. Personally, when I'm there, I tend to go for a peppermint tea, a banana and a chocolate cake (like a biscuit or a brownie). The eatery is fifteen to twenty minutes away from the Digby & Sowton train station, yet it is only about five minutes away from the local Park And Ride bus station.

Tasty food, great service, a really nice place to eat. The menu is more varied than you might expect given its location, and its well worth the detour to get to.

Slightly disappointed. 2 minutes past 10.00 and they stopped serving eggs Benedict royale. I'd been in the queue for 5 minutes!!Apparently rules are rules so had the breakfast instead. Fried eggs under done with whites not fully cooked, yuk! And tiny sausages that nearly cut into 3. All which took an age to arrive. Both had extra mushrooms but one portion was substantially larger than the other. So in summary, not going back!!
