Funky Burger Exeter in Exeter

Came as recommended by timeout. Nicely designed restaurant with a nice terrace. Ordered a hub burger which was delicious. Sweet potato fries were way too salty though, and onion rings were overdone. Nice experience overall

I was really looking forward to my meal but found it incredibly salty. The staff were excellent.Upon returning I had a Notorious Rib and it was incredible. Staff were fantastic again... dessert menu was lacking though

The chicken in the burger was a bit dry. The All Star Beyond Meat burger was very vinegary. The Korean BBQ sauce was too salty as a dip. Overall, the experience was just okay.

Consistently the best burgers in Devon and possibly the world, as you can’t improve on perfection!Not only are the burgers amazing but the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Super friendly staff, spotlessly clean environment and music pitched at the right level.We have been back to Hubbox many times and have never been disappointed.Next time, I’m not going to drive as the cocktails look incredible too!

The food was pretty good. My Kim Yum Chick was messy to eat but tasted good. I didn't take any photos of it, but I have photos of my friends burger. They enjoyed it too. We came in a large group and the staff were super kind and accomodating.

The previous experiences' I've had at Hub Box were lovely except for my recent visit. The customer service was *absolutely atrocious*.Firstly, we had three round coffee tables pushed together for the 8 of us.Secondly, one of my friends had allergies and we asked the waitress to check with the kitchen if her order was alright- she had left and never came back to confirm. We asked another waitress, as we couldn't grab the other lady's attention, to check for us... she never came back. It wasn't until we had received the food when yet another lady went again to check for us. Safe to say my friend felt rather anxious with her order.After we had gotten our food we hadn't been given tissues on our table- no biggie. One of us went to ask for some and we were given the classic BLUE ROLL. You guys don't have tissues? You gave us blue roll?Finally, one of the waitresses spoke rather bluntly with us and ordered us to pile our plates together and push them to the end...Safe to say none of us were happy with how we got treated that evening.(Image attached of blue roll)

First time I've ever visited a Hub Box and was not disappointed, great chilled environment, Staff were amazing, Food portions were huge and the price was really reasonable, also added blue light discount on top. By far the best burger I've eaten in a longtime and worth every penny 😀

Fantastic service from our server kept updated very polite and friendly and alway checking if everything was ok. Busy place lucky to get a table. Burger very tasty nice char on them and quite filling no room for a pud. Some good wines to choose from to go with your burger. Will come back and try a milk shake.
