It's a little pricey to be honest here but as a rare treat once in a while it's ok. We did enjoy our waffle, milkshake and chocolate cake no complaints there and the ice cream is lovely and creamy. The service from the staff we saw was also good.

The best place ever and the nicest decent and considerate cashier I ever met in my life, I have celiac disease (can not consume any gluten containing stuff) he personally made sure that everything I order is gluten-free and gave specific instructions to accommodate my disease. Thaaaaak you so much you truly made my day, stay safe 🙏

Delicious waffles, a menu with a great variety of choices. Very clean, staff very friendly with a smile on their face. Would definitely recommend

don’t come here. terrible customer service. the staff member sat us down next to a bunch of loud teenagers, even though many tables were empty. we asked for another table, none of them were clean so when the lady was cleaning it she sprayed my mum twice with the cleaning stuff… and then left the spray on the table? none of the staff looked like they knew what to do. mum went to buy some drinks, staff member ignored her and picked up the phone and walked off. when the dessert arrived the woman asked if we wanted a spoon… why wouldn’t we want a spoon for our sundae?? cutlery and bowl was also dirty, looked unwashed. my mango ice cream tasted like a lush bath bomb. it was so unbelievably bad we found it very amusing. the 1 star was for the oreo shake it was kinda nice

Food was tasty but served on a dirty plate. Items were forgotten and it seemed only one person knew what they were doing. I am sure it doesn’t take 3 people to make a crepè (1 making and 2 watching him) staff weren’t very apologetic and when the other person on our table finally got their food the rest of us had already finished 5 minuets before.

As South Asian, I love deserts but had not great experience of disserts in the UK until I went to Kaspas Exeter. The quantity was huge without quality being compromised at all. The manager, Ramsha and other team members were super nice with me and my other Asian friend. And my waffle and chocolate fudge was really tasty. I highly recommend the place, you'd not regret the choice :)

Personally we wouldn't go back.We were seated quickly although we were sat below the air conditioning which was dripping through the lights causing the lights to smoke- we were assured it was being dealt with..My 3 Yr old asked to go to the toilet and they were disgusting. They looked as if they had never been cleaned. It was quite clear the toilets weren't being monitored atall throughout the day.Our food order came relatively quick but our cutlery was dirty. So I requested clean cutlery. Of which we were given more dirty cutlery. In the end I walked to the front order point and picked the cutlery myself and made sure it was clean. I had told the staff that this was the second time we had received dirty cutlery. I was just given a look.. no apology.Overall the experience wasn't very good and the food is very overpriced for what it is!

Charge 75p for some extra sprinkles for the sundae to arrive without other ingredients because of them. Took it back up to be corrected. No apology. Partner and daughters arrived but my peanut butter stack (listed under hot desserts) didn't. I went to the counter again to ask and it hadn't been made. No apology again. Finally, the dessert arrived... cold. Waiting staff were rude and unwelcoming. As we left, people were being told there was a 50 minute wait. Place was half empty. You're clearly doing well on deliveries, do yourself a favour and close the restaurant and just do takeaway/delivery. Customers clearly aren't welcome. Won't be back
