KFC in Exeter

Appallingly slow service. Both ordering computers were broken yet staff only occasionally took orders from the queue. The queue only got shorter when people occasionally gave up and left.

Staff seem stresed, I also wait a long time for food even when it is empty, with staff sometimes ignoring waiting customers. Never had a problem with the actual food. They offer 20% off for NHS staff which is great.

Dining area was really mucky, tables and floors covered in waste products from previous diners. Bins were also full up to the brim. The tables looked dirty too, I felt uncomfortable eating there and was glad to leave.

Itsy bitsy portions unlike photos. Slow service and had to tell them order not complete. Floor was just coated with greasy residue

Slow, too may uber eats being waited on, restaurant was disgusting, took our food outside to eat, don't ever ask for a receipt, that takes three staff and 10 minutes and even then its not usable to get points for KFC app. Rubbish

Having seen the vegan burger advertised on the window, then going in to the store, ordering it on the kiosk and then waiting about ten minutes, my number gets called, I check with them its the Vegan burger, they inform me they don't do!!! Why then is it advertised and why can you order it? KFC is one of the worst chains I've been to recently.

It was filthy, no tables were cleaned and I waited for over 20 minutes for anyone to start even looking at the orders for collection, then it was all hands on deck with staff manicly trying to get the que down!!! Instead of wandering around the back until someone else comes back from break and gets people moving, well done that man, take some initiative and start the orders when people are obviously waiting!!!!

Um, the food is nice and tasty but it rarely opens on time. As a matter of fact I'm standing outside right now at 11:05 waiting for it to open (it's supposed to open at 11). Also one time I didnt receive extra fries and was given BEANS instead. Also they forget the BBQ sauce sometimes...

Very professional and polished dining experience. Beautiful food presentation and fantastic, intimate ambiance. Compliments to the chefs!

No hand cleaning staitions.I went there tonight because it was 50% off and ordered food nice as always but when we asked for hand sanitizer we were told they did not have any. none at all. we demanded that they give us some since it's the government that said they need them and the only way we got some is in a drinks cup filled from the back of the kitchen. not happy at all.
