Mcdonald's Restaurants in Exeter

For 3rd weekend in a row, no mcflurry. No sign up so waited in in drive in queue for 10/15mins for nothing. We were then stuck in the drive in for a further 15mins. The cashier was very abrupt. No apology, no offer of alternative. That's 2 local stores I will not be returning to. McDonald's has gone down hill in my opinion

Delivery driver spilt half of one drink,and the restaurant completely missed my 8yrs old Big Mac! Rang the restaurant all she said was nothing I can do sorry,request a refund from Just Eat. Its not the delivery's fault they missed out part of the order. So my lad was left without his burger whilst the rest of us had ours. Shocking customer service!!!

I got a sonic 2 happy meal. Expected an awesome sonic 2 themed cardboard maze. To my horror i opened the happy meal and was greeted with a plushie of SUPERMAN?!?. Its fair to say i was heartbroken. I started crying. I had to be comforted by my mum. Will be avoiding from now on. Disappointing ronald mcdonald 😡😡

Its a big busy McDonald's, nothing wrong with it... toilets are miles away like in a weatherspoons

Very crowded but still fast service. Good food and nice price as always. Unfortunately, they had a tomato shortage when I visited and my McTasty had no tomatoes

Quick, filled a gap kids are happy

Don't order the "salad" just serve shredded lettuce with a slice of tomato, and forgot the chicken. Girl behind the counter though this was hilarious. All the drinks were short to the extent of my large was just a medium in a large cup. Burgers were cold, even though it was a grill and should be made to order, came with lettuce even though the box said no lettuce. Terrible place avoid.

Nice new drive through. Good staff inside and food you know will be of at least a similar quality to all other McDonald's

This McDonald's used to be a family friendly place to eat.We feel this is no longer the case and we will not be taking children here again. This McDonald's (needs) security on the door. Gangs of teenagers in and out of the rear door, using the back area as a sort of youth club. Gangs of teenagers sitting at the tables at the back of the store without buying food, shouting and swearing etc. It's very intimidating for families with children. The back doors should be shut permanently and there should be more security within the store itself to tackle these issues.Please get this sorted out McDonald's.This is a city centre store and families should feel happy to eat here.We certainly did not feel happy, and it feels very intimidating.Please get the security sorted out and show us you care.

Went here today, I got my food very quick and it was hot. Staff were great and would recommend here. Defo coming back.
