Nando's in Exeter

It was a clean and cosy restaurant. Staff were friendly and food was really tasty. Food was cooked quick and delivery to the table was fast. All I would say is that I felt the sides were overpriced for what you got.

Good food but slow to arrive. Ordered via the app to the table. Took 30 minutes despite not being busy. Was good when it arrived.

Did not go, the host at the entrance was so rude, he told me I was wrong when someone jumped the que then laughed in my face. Went into the place next door instead and the service was a lot better,l.

Wait forever to be told you need to be in the virtual queue. Then the lady says "I'm not the host" when we expressed discontent. Left for Slim's Chicken instead. Much better and swifter service

My favorite restaurant, but this time in Exeter. The staff was very helpful, smiling and nice and the food was delicious.

Had a lovely experience, arrived a little late and still had our table reserved. Food and drinks came quickly and the staff were friendly. I accidentally left a bag at the restaurant and I live in Gloucester, the manager was great and posted it to me! couldn’t recommend a better service restaurant

Food really lovely, pretty efficient if u have the patience for the booking system ... but im glad we did

Amazing staff nothing was to much trouble with regards to my allergies, in fact it's the only place that ever took it seriously. 👏🏻👏🏻Only reason it got 4 stars is because I kept saying we've never been here before but no-one told us how to order food or where to get drinks.I didn't know u had to scan a QR code on the table and order online. Then to get to the end and couldn't use my voucher as had to go to the till an start again. 🤦🏻‍♀️😂Half way through our food I went to grab my drink but it was an empty glass 😯 after looking around noticed vending machines couple of booths along.😊🤭🙄So eventually got there an sussed out the routine an now know for next time, just would of been handy to be told that on arrival. 🤷🏻‍♀️Otherwise food was delicious and tagged with an allergy label an my daughter cleared her plate and can't wait to go again... 👍🏻

We went in to the Exeter branch yesterday as have been to a few Nando’s and have enjoyed our meals. But this branch is one of the worst restaurants I have ever eaten inWent to order the gentleman behind the the counter couldn’t have been more unpleasant or unhelpful. His attitude was how dare we order food from him.After the hard work of ordering our food We sat back at our seats and the waitress bought 2 out of 3 drinks and 2 out of 3 sets of cutlery. We had to ask 3 waitress for our missing drink. Which we only got when 2 of the meals finally came out. When the food came our it was dry and bland. But not a single waitress/waiter came and asked us if our meal was ok ( probably knew it was so bad )We went to the toilets. Which both the men’s and women’s were dirty. I even had to ask for toilet roll - can’t believe they don’t have in place the checking of toilets that other good establishments haveThe only time any one actually spoke to us was to explain they had no menus and we had to look at our phones and not even when we left.This has so put me off using a Nando’s again. I definitely wouldn’t be going back to that one and would tell others not to bother either. Not interested in customers at all just taking your money and getting you out of there as quickly as possible.

Everything is good as usual but if the lovely staff can give we two Asian girls a brief explanation before he skip us directly to serve the white guys queuing behind us without giving us ANY WORD OR A GLANCE. Though I know it’s maybe larger table ready before the table for two people but it’s still feeling like we were ignored :)And the sides were served in the wrong plate. Leaf salad looks terrible. Would rather pay for service charge for better service:)
