Oriental Express in Exeter

The best Chinese takeaway I've had in years! A bit expensive but I think that all the takeaways have had to hike their prices up.Piping hot food which was very tasty indeed and delivered way before the time advised.Looking forward to my next order, I forgot to mention that if you spend over a certain amount then you qualify for free delivery - a rare thing these days!

My friend and I have been poorly from eating here. Say no more.

The best Chinese takeaway in Exeter without question. Superfast delivery and fantastic choice of menu. Prices are very reasonable and they also take telephone orders so you can skip the online delivery costs. The food is fabulous and they always add plenty of meat when you order any meat dish. Their service is just fantastic and they always add a free item with each order. Fully recommended and 100% the best Chinese takeaway in Exeter without a doubt. We will never use another takeaway ever again after using this one. The food and service is just fantastic and their prices are very economical and reasonable. Thank you so much Oriental Express for a wonderful brilliant unbeatable fantastic service. I always have the Special Curry and Chips. It is packed with meat and so very very tasty. My partner has a variety of things and she is always very happy and satisfied too.

This was my favorite Chinese food go-to in Exeter! Can't overemphasize how good the food was, I ordered 3-4 times a week! And that cute Chinese voice behind the phone was always a delight to hear

I enjoyed the egg fried rice and crispy chilli beef. Ordered on Deliveroo and the food came on time. The person delivering was polite and all the items were there. I'd happily order again.

Used to love this chinese but theyve changed the recipe on the crispy beef with chillies and now its vile . I have also had chicken balls that were half raw from them . Dont think i will be ordering from there again, really gone down hill .

Favourite take away in Exeter, kung pao and special fried rice is an absolute winner.Only flaw is that they don't take card payment

So.... firstly they stopped on just eat because they were being ripped of by them. They had to have a min £20 order just to survive. £2 delivery charge and 50p 'processing' charge by just eat went to je not the takeaway. We order direct from them every week mow with no delivery charge and no 50p cant make money from card charge by je. The food is bloody lovely. Suport local food by ordering direct not just eat......

It was on our way and I really wanted to eat so we poped in and the first though in my head was "it is quiet here for a Friday evening". Well we were happy and ordered some seaweed, chicken and prawns. When we got homw and opened the food containers I understood why the place were so quiet :( the chick and prawns were badly overcooked and it didn't smell like normal Chinese takeaway :( I was starving so I stil tried the food, that wad a big mistake, all of it ended up in the bin.AVOID!
