Pizzahut in Exeter

Staff were lovely and attentive but the choice of pizza on the buffet was poor. There was pepperoni, ham and pineapple and margarita. Not very enticing to say the least.

Went in for the buffet today with my family. Selection of pizza was really good, pasta of both types were delicious and the salad bar was really fresh. We all ate far too much but thoroughly enjoyed it. Gutted to learn the Exeter Pizza Hut is closing, real shame and a bit confusing as it is always busy

The buffet was lovely and staff were nice and it was quite quiet on a weekday lunch time.Only issue was how much was on offer, they were literally putting out 1-2 pizzas at a time so it kept being empty. There was 7 tables full in the restaurant so every time they put a pizza out everyone rushed up which wasn't ideal and you could only get one or two slices at a time.

Young lady working all day on the 04/03/22 at your restaurant in the Exe Bridges Retail Park in Exeter was outstanding. She is the only reason I am writing this review, as I wanted to ensure management are aware of how hard she is working and the exceptional customer service she is providing on behalf of your company. You seem to be exceptionally short staffed at this restaurant, which puts additional pressure on the remaining staff to ensure customer service standards are maintained. Yet she continued to smile and be professional throughout despite having to cover the entire restaurant by herself. This young lady deserves a bonus, and I hope you demonstrate your commitment to your staff by rewarding her hard work. Thank you

The staff were working extremely hard, the food on the buffet was well stocked and the restaurant was maintained to a good standard of cleanliness.The way that our food was ordered and paid for was seamless and simple.Very impressed we will definitely visit again.

Guess it was ok. Best bit is the free parking outside and it's location. The experience is very child friendly and it is good value for money. The pizzas themselves are mediocre. There is an app to use to order and pay. I found that really depressing that it is purely "self serve". I didn't want to pay using my phone so I asked the person clearing the tables if I could pay using credit card. She looked so thrilled that someone actually spoke with her. She was really helpful. I was left wondering whether I should be happy that she had been given a sense of worth it a bit sad that this is what her job had come to. Hey ho.

It's ok. Just ok, but seriously in need of a refit.Food was fine but the tables and chairs wobble all over the place spilling food and drinks. Tried to even things out with napkins under the legs without success.The whole place looks and feels tired, well past its use by date.Okay for a quick visit but I think I'd take the kids elsewhere if it was for a celebration of some kind.

Still doing self service via phone, food is awful even the dish they are famous for "pizza". The ice - cream factory area was dirty and sauces empty. Toilets were dirty and definitely not touched for a good while and the place wasn't even busy. Will not be returning.

It's been a long time since I've been in Pizza Hut. I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza was good its Pizza Hut so its not a hand made sour dough you have to know what to expect. All the staff were friendly it was clean and I ate a lot of pizza which was my aim. Its a chain restaurant so don't go expecting anything more than takeaway style pizza.
