Where is Prezzo - Exeter?

🏠 202 High St, Exeter EX4 3EB

"Located in the heart of the city centre next to the Guildhall is one of the regions oldest pubs and a favourite watering hole of Charles Dickens - or so we believe. Recently restored to its former glory, The Turk's Head is back with a bang and ready to showcase it's 700+ year history."

Extremely poor. The food was bland. My pizza was over done and very difficult to cut. The cutlery was blunt. We were ignored and walked past several time by the rude staff. One staff member was particularly poor - the tall man with dark hair. We were sat off to the side where staff were having their breaks. We had to get the waiters' attention every time we needed something....including the bill. Service was absolutely terrible and food was equally as bad.

Was entertaining a client from Energie Fitness and decided on Prezzo.First of all the staff were amazing, we were seated quickly and they were very attentive. Our drinks order was taken and arrived in quick time.Between us we ordered a pizza and calzone. Both came out quickly. The food was very tasty and presented beautifully. The staff throughout could not have done anymore for us.I fully recommend that you visit the restaurant if you get the chance.

Give this a miss - what a disappointment this Prezzo is! I have been to others in the chain and they are generally very good and we like the food. I had booked a table for lunch so no wait but service was slow and it took over 30 mins for starters to appear. Not impressed with the quality or portion size. Another 30 mins + for the main course. My partner had pizza which was ok but thrown together and not presented well. I had chicken, bacon and avocado salad which seemed to be a load of leaves thrown in a bowl with a handful of dry chicken and bacon bits thrown on top. Two or maybe three scoops of avocado and the "garlic bread" accompaniment was three strips of what looked like cold naan bread around the side of the bowl. Although the staff were polite they were brusque and didn`t make eye contact so it was difficult to order anther drink whilst waiting between courses. This Prezzo doesn`t cater for a quick lunch and certainly misses the mark for a nice sit down meal. At £50 I felt ripped off. So many other other places in Exeter to eat. Boo.

Visited as part of a large Christmas party on a night when a couple of other large groups were also in. No problem with the actual food but the service was a shambles. Some of our group had finished their starters before others got theirs and some were forgotten. Mains came out with 15 mins between the first and the last. No festive atmosphere considering they advertised a festive menu. I wouldn't rush to return. More a damp squib than a Christmas cracker night.

Prezzo Exeter...Took 3 attempts before we got the correct order for main course. 25+minute delay between main course and dessert and then we had to be asked to be served. Next time we'll go to Pizza Express just round the corner.

We had a great night at prezzo Exeter. My wife and I went back to Exeter for our 30th wedding anniversary . Prezzo used to be a pub ( The Turks head ) my wife and I met in there 32 years ago. We had fantastic service from all the staff. Our waiter was brilliant ( TRYG) thank you.would highly recommend PREZZO the next time we visit a city with a prezzo in, we will make sure we have a meal with them but they have a hard acted to follow. 😁😁😁

Friendly staff, but my goat cheese salad was meager considering it cost £11 and it seemed to consist mostly of 1 type of leaf. My dining companion's chicken salad was far more substantial. It felt like quite a rip off. I will not be going again.

The food was miserable, 2 adults, 2 children, ordered a steak salad (£12) chicken calzone, and 2 kids meals (cheese tomato calzone, peperoni pizza) .The kids calzone was bigger than the adult one, the salad features 4 tiny strips of steak and was then just plain lettuce and mixed pepper, and the kids peperoni pizza was a mass of bread with tomato sauce and 4 pieces of peperoni (although that was more meat than the steak salad that cost double the price) and only had a slight amount of cheese. This was possibly the worst dining experience I have ever had, and I include the fast food restaurants in that list.Over priced, dull food, don't bother. If you want good pizza in Exeter head to the place on the Quay, much better food.

Really enjoyed my time here. The decor was great and gave a really nice feel to the place, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced and it arrived in about 10 minutes of being ordered. Also, it was very easy to book online. Great night!
