Sacred Grounds in Exeter

I had brunch at this vegan cafe today and it was amazing! Loved the eggs Benedict and the cakes are 😍

This place was incredible! The staff are lovely and the food was seriously delicious. We had the ‘Big Ben’ (pictured) and the ‘Smokey beans’ and couldn’t have been happier. First time having vegan ‘poached egg’ and it was SO delicious. My girlfriend also said the scrambled tofu was amazing. The atmosphere was great and the decor is beautiful and relaxed, but was let down by lack of gender-neutral toilets which is really important to me.

Ambient is really nice and peaceful, but super slow service, not many options. And you can't have what you want. Ordered a soup and after half an hour they said that they don't have it. Not recommend if you're hungry, I stayed only because had to feed my baby. At the end I ordered a hot chocolate and a lemon curd cake, which were fine.

If you are crazy about breakfast/brunch, then this is a must try place! Tasteful vegan Sacred Benedict with rich Mocha! Absolutely loved it!

Beautiful place in a quiet town. Love the mocha I have. It’s been a while since I last enjoyed a cup of nice mocha. The jackfruit sandwich is great but it could be better with a softer bun.Love the vegan Benedict. Definitely one of the best vegan breakfast in the list.

Incredible food. The two of us split the savoury and sweet waffles. Both were delicious and the service we had was excellent. Very knowledgeable and welcoming. Really light and open aesthetic and enjoyed our breakfast here massively. Thanks again!

We had a great lunch with savory waffles that were delicious! The coffee was fantastic as well as the smoothie and hot chocolate. Besides the food and drink being fantastic, we enjoyed the atmosphere in the pretty arcade. What a great place to have a coffee or meal!

Highly recommend this amazing coffee shop. The coffee is really good, the service was over and above. My sister is a new mom and they where so accommodating as she needed a place to feed, relax and have a great cup of coffee & chang my nephew’s nappy all while they where closing for the day. Will definitely go back!

Visited Sacred Grounds this morning and this was hands down the best vegan breakfast experience of my life. I had the 'eggs' benedict which was delicious, the ingredients were fresh, varied and mindful. The cafe was nicely decorated with plants and the staff were friendly and approachable. Can't wait for my next visit. 🌱

Beautiful little cafe with delicious vegan food. If you ever come here you have to try the iced chocolate!! It is super refreshing, especially during the summer.
