Subway in Exeter

Just ordered a 6 inch sub for delivery, so disappointing, not toasted, no cheese, no pickle, no peppers, no olives, no sweetcorn. Order 0223 deliveroo.

Came here 30/11/21. staff here are absolutely horrific and utterly useless. in need of training on how to be decent human beings.

Ran out of my favourite bread. Was still tasty. Staff were just talking to one another and not interacting with their customers.

Staff here are so sweet and lovely, came in with my daughter and boyfriend and didn't have any issues as wasn't able to wear a mask as was in the middle of an attack and not one person asked but I showed my exemption at the till, and they went out there way to help with the drinks machine that had a drink that had ran out and due to not knowing how to change it so gave us the same drink from the fridge, and also corrected another issue, they were really kind and friendly and for that we will return next weekend

Went there last night, and was served by two lovely boys (sorry cant remember there names- but u da bestest) had the BEST nachos i have ever received in my life. If i could give 10 stars i would, highly recommend this subway. Customer service greatly improved from this time last year, will be returning soon.

I always like to treat myself now and again to a nice bacon sandwich / sub for breakfast, Subway is always the first place I think. This branch is in a really good location for people coming in from the train station. As you imagine because of this, this branch is really busy at all times. Always expect a few minutes wait. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. Sometimes I find some places it's hard to hear the staff members but here they are very clear. The subs here are very nice, very nicely made, the right amount of sauce, generous with the toppings. I get you have to be frugal with the ingredients, but some branches give you like 6 black olives, a little bit of onion. However hear they give you a nice handful so it's perfect! Am I the only one, or some branch make some really soggy sandwiches? I have never had it at this branch, perfectly made, nice bread. Another thing I love is their coffees, great flavour and amazing with the flavouring too. Nice tidy eating area, but if it is full then you are a stone's throw from the Cathedral Green or Guildhall, just be very careful and beware the Seagulls!! No joke, had one fly into my head for my Spicy Italian! It gave me a concussion haha! Really nice branch and another incredible up side... 24 hours service! Highly recommend!

Visited this store earlier, small matey behind the counter asked if I was ready and I said no I’m still deciding, 2 minutes later he asks me again and I was still deciding so he had a little tantrum and says alright you’re going to have to wait 15 minutes then.I feel the fact I have dark skin may be the reasoning for this rude man to treat me like he did, he should not be working in any retails stores at all.

Usually when I go to Subway it's because I'm in a rush after work to make it to my other commitments and therefore I need quick service - Sadly I can't say it always is quick and often comes with poor customer service. However, on Wednesday (6/9/17) at about 6.30pm the most lovely chap served me! He was beyond polite, really quick and efficient whilst still taking care in his job. He really went the extra mile and so shouldn't have been working there! This Subway is good if you need some cheap grub after working in town. Can get very busy at lunch times.

Often pop here on the way to work fir my breakfast. The staff are friendly and no issues with orders. It's quite small so toilets inside. There are some seats outside too which is nice.
