Excellent grill. The quantity some times varys and expect to wait longer than what u have been told. Other than that it is very good restaurant.

We’ve lived in the city 10 months and we keep coming back to Efes. My husband and I tell each other we should try other places but when we decide to get a takeaway we always land back here because the food is just so so good! We’ve gotten through a lot of the menu and liked it all but our favourites are the chips and cold meze platter. Eat here, you won’t regret it!

first time eating here, it was really good. i have always wanted to try turkish desserts and this didnt disappoint. their bread is also amazing, definitely coming back for more!

tasty food and friendly staff. I tired their special lamb head soup (don't remember the name but they know what it is when I described it). worth coming back.

Great spot on sidwell street. Popped in for lunch and they were super friendly - especially to our baby. We shared a hot mixed meze which for lunch which was great value and really tasty. Will definitely be back.

First walked in we had the impression that they didn’t want our custom because they were busy. It took 45 minutes for food to be served! Most of the food was burnt and uneatable, when we told that food was burnt to the boss cheekily with a grin on his face said, I burnt it’ I felt bad to throw it away instead he put it on our plate expected for us to eat it!!!! And paid full price!!! I’ve had problems before at this place but allways gave another chance, this was last never going back again!!!!

Gosh, we had such a lovely time there! If you look at this restaurant outside; to be fair, it doesn't seem so impressive. However, inside is very cosy, clean, beautiful crockery, nice, but not loud authentic Turkish music, very kind waitress and amazing food! Everything was so delicious! I have eaten many lacmacunes at different places in the world but this one here was the best! Certainly coming back!

Ordered a mixed grill on deliveroo and they gave me the wrong order."Cubes of lamb and chicken, adana kofte, 2 ribs, 1 chop and mixed doner. Served with mixed salad, bread and rice." Was what I was meant to get.Instead I got dry mystery doner meat and chips for 27 quid! Luckily deliveroo refunded me, but not impressed that they got this order so wrong, and gave me something which wasn't on the menu.

Delicious food. Really like their chicken Shish and Grilled hallumi and mushrooms. Rice Pidding was very delicious as well.Overall everything is full of flavour.

Food was very delicious and friendly staff who offered us more ontop of what we ordered. Amazing experience must go there =) thanks for the meal.
