Lovely Place. Whether for meeting friends or a quiet lunch alone. Being Gluten allergic and Lactose intolerant finding places to eat safely is a bit of a chore. Exeter definitely beats London hands down for catering for allergies and Taste is superbly on the ball. Bacon and egg bap with a cup of delicious coffee and the staff are super nice.

Probably one of the nicest vegetarian breakfasts I have ever had. I wish I'd taken a photo but it was so delicious I couldn't stop eating it!Lovely veggie sausage, fried egg cooked to perfection, great hash brown, gorgeous fried mushrooms, beans and granary toast plus an Americano coffee for under £5. Excellent value.Close to Exeter Central station and just off the High Street.

The staff in here are always warm and welcoming, I often found myself coming here just to see there smiles! Fresh food and really great milkshakes!

Had a delicious sausage & bacon bap with tea and my husband had a coffee.. The Team were excellent, so kind and friendly. Went 2 days whilst staying in Exeter. Really well priced too!!

First visit for me with my partner, ordered tea for two and main courses.Tea arrived quickly enough but both cups were dirty inside and out. Not impressed.Staff very polite, food was OK. Cheap enough but need to check crockery for cleanliness!

Went there for brunch with my girlfriend mid afternoon not very busy so food came out quickly but when we got it the eggs were rock solid and not runny, the bacon was like leather and had black bits in it from the hotplate and considering we ordered the big brunch for £7 it definitely wasn't worth it,wont be coming back

I love this cafe. You get what you pay for but the service is nearly always attentive and swift. Cheap grub, sometimes chipped crockery but always fresh chips and vrryngood value considering location.

Great place. Handy for shops, yet competively priced food. The cafe was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended!
