Exceptional steak (medium) and amazing chips I highly recommend the flat iron steak. The staff are very welcoming. They were happy to spend time chatting to us and we're very attentive.Place is so cool, very vintage and quirky.Definitely recommend this place. Thanks guys xxx 🤣

A family night out looking forward to a lovely 3 course meal.None of the starters were available. We managed to get only bread and courgettes. Following our main course we asked for the dessert menu and were told all the desserts were off too. The kitchen was closed and no attempt was made to offer any cold desserts or even ice-cream. Had I known either when I booked or when we had turned up for our 8.45pm Saturday night booking that we would be lucky to get a one course meal, we wouldn't have stayed. Will give this place a miss in future.

Lovely food, good atmosphere, good size portions for the mains. We had the 3 course set menue.Only complains where we where packed in behind another group. Nether of us had enough space but the other side of the room was empty. And the 'please leave' eyes we kept getting from the staff after we finished desert.Other than that was lovely :) would recommend.

We visited you for lunch yesterday, just a month away from Christmas during an ongoing Pandemic where businesses are still struggling with supplies and staff - I understand the stresses this brings. We were a large group (14) which I appreciate is not always easy to cater for. We choose you for location, price, variety and your flexible approach to dietary needs. Unfortunately there was an issue with the temperature of a three of the meals, which you instantly offered to rectify. Sadly this was brought to your attention in what I felt was a rather vocal, curt manner and it was also suggested that we had waited too long for the food - the individual concerned had in fact arrived late. Two meals, one of which hadn't arrived at that point as it had been requested you delayed it, were rejected and the other two you offered to replace but the offers were rejected. You very kindly waived the charge for all four and dropped the charge for some drinks. There was plenty of time for replacements meals to be served and enjoyed which would have been much better than listening to people moaning about being hungry. Your waiting staff handled this impeccably. The majority of us enjoyed our food and your service, paid in full and left a tip. So, yes there was a problem, sadly it was over reacted to, but you dealt with it as best you could. Thank you.

A lovely breakfast, it wasn't too busy, service was nice and friendly. A perfect mix between good service and not too much interference whilst we were enjoying our food.

Food was fine. Staff were not wearing masks but they left the balcony doors open, seated a good distance from other tables. Ordered 2 breakfasts but forgot our eggs but were nice enough to not charge us a latte. Interesting rustic vintage interior. Would done again. No nhs discount. Can book tables online.

Went with a friend for dinner and it was a really lovely experience! The place is really cosy (hence the name) and the decor is nice! The walls could do with a new lick of paint as they were coming off a bit but apart from that everything was wonderful! Food was lovely and the cocktails were lush! The waitress was also really welcoming and made us feel well looked after. Thanks for a wonderful evening!
