The Glorious Art House in Exeter

A wonderful and vibrant cafe. My partner and I are now regulars. The hazelnut hot chocolate with oat milk is highly recommended. Staff are brilliant and so friendly!

Absolutely lovely place! Everywhere you look you see beautiful little ornamental colorful pieces of art and tableware! The service was amazing, so friendly! And the food was really good.. would go back when in the area for a proper breakfast and a boozy hot chocolate!!

Probably my fave cafe in Exeter! Really recommend their hot chocolates and the decor is absolutely beautiful. Really lovely staff and great options.

Afternoon tea: pot of tea, hot chocolate, chocolate shortbread and frangipani all good. Nice atmosphere, and friendly service. Service was very slow though.

I’m working my way through all the coffee shops in Exeter and this was such a fun one! My husband and I found a sweet spot by a window upstairs and had a really lovely time. The cappuccino was good not great, I’d go back for the atmosphere and treats. My husband got a brownie and enjoyed it. The service was great, we got there about 45 minutes before closing and weren’t treated with annoyance but welcomed graciously. Definitely worth a visit!

This was a beautiful and cosy café. The staff were so friendly and helpful even though they were very busy due to the well deserved popularity of this place. I had the most delicious vegan fig cake. Highly recommend!

Super cute cafe!! Wish they had more tea options but my tea was good and the staff are super nice. We're already making plans to come back for the hot chocolate, which looked amazing for the table next to ours lol. Also surprisingly quiet for the bulk of the time we were there.

Quirky art house cafe with lovely welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend the chocolate and coconut flapjack! The little garden is a real surprise although the weather wasn't right for our visit.

Best big red settee in town. Located down quieter end of Fore St. Watching all the people go by with a pot of green tea and apple & blackcurrant cake. That's me with the pot of tea, not people.

1st time going here and loved it . Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Prices are great and drinks were so yummy. Really cosy , was reluctant to leave 🤣 Will be coming back here more regularly in the future ^_^
