Best jacket potato in Exeter! Very tasty food and friendly staff!

Been going to this place for years, has been through many changes Inc owners and now added a coffee shop, they also did artisan breads, not 100% sure if that's still happening though. I had not been for nearly 2 years due to moving away but when I returned, was as good as ever and pleased to see it still there.

Proper sandwiches. Great choice of sandwiches, salads and cakes. Very polite and friendly staff. Looked at the reviews and that's why we gave it a try. Will definitely be going back when in Exeter again.

By far one of the best sandwich/coffee/social place in Exeter! The staff are lovely but professional in equal measure, I don’t do coffee shops but this one is an exception!

Best flat white in Exeter?! Delicious cooked brekkie with GF toast and coffee made 100% to my taste. Good chat and friendly regular customers made for a lovely experience.

Absolute gem of a place. Discovered in passing a few weeks back and have been meaning to visit since. Bright and welcoming atmosphere; cosy and surprisingly private feeling regardless of its small size. Staff are friendly and cheerful with a nothing is too much trouble demeanour. Menu is wide without losing focus, and as a bonus the sandwich I fancied was made to my requirements. I don't know whether it was on the menu as I was offered whatever I liked instantly, giving me the impression that fantastic customer service is not an extinct create but very much alive and well here. The perfect local cafe serving excellent food, cleanly, quickly and with an obvious pride in providing the best experience possible. I absolutely love and recommend this place, and would gladly drive an hour to eat here. The coffee by the way is divine. Support this place because it really is a rare find. You'll not be disappointed.

Great coffee, nothing better on a Saturday morning than a caffeine, relaxing, great staff who are very welcoming. Very social place, everyone has a chit chat. And my dog loves her puppy chino. Thanks guys for always looking after us.

Lovely relaxed place to stop and have a coffee or snack. I popped in for a coffee but sitting around a large wooden table felt at home and got a little work done and charged my phone. Read the paper and enjoyed a good coffee. Very personal and instant service. I went away but visited again later in the day to sample their soup which was tasty and served with a crusty baguette. I saw lovely looking breakfasts and jacket potatoes served too. I would definitely recommend a stop off at this light, airy, very relaxing and friendly cafe.
