Hello T.
What an amazing experience I’ve had at turtle bay today. The staff are amazing, the food and drinks was so tasty and was lovely to taste all the different cocktails. Esther was such a lovely person and has amazing customer service skills and should be recognise for her hard work and friendliness. I also want to give credit to another one of your staff who is call Al, again amazing customer service and takes pride in his work. 10/10 for the staff you have working for you. Staff like this are hard to find, who care about the job and this company and to give an amazing experience like they do. Please could they get some recognition for all the hard work they do. I will be recommending turtle bay to all my friends and family and we will definitely be seeing you again very soon.

we did bottomless brunch and our waiter was Matt…he was amazing! super kind and chatty. Some of the drinks tasted a little funny but that could’ve just been our bad choice of order. overall i would definitely come again and matt deserves a pay rise. a very charismatic young man!

Turtle bay Exeter was a total delight, all the staff were very efficient in getting us sat down and taken care of, the table handler we had was called Emily and was a total credit to the turtle bay brand, helped us chose the cocktail that would be best suited to us and made sure we were fully satisfied at all times, an incredible job on a busy Saturday afternoon, could not recommend this place enough! Also as a side note the food was top quality and very quickly brought to us, the range of condiments was exemplary and really added depth to the meal.

I've been here many times for bottomless brunch, and we've had around 8 cocktails every time and not felt the slightest drunk - pretty sure they add a lot less alcohol to brunch cocktails. Also I am coeliac and every time I have been I have been assured that the chips are gluten free and safe for me to eat, but on my last visit I was made aware that they were fried in the same oil as gluten containing foods, which explains the unpleasant symptoms I've had after eating here. Staff definitely need to be allergen trained as this is completely unacceptable!!!

Absolutely love this place. We go often and yet the way the drinks are ordered now has changed for some reason. If you're doing happy hour be aware that one order needs to be done before another can be ordered.. Watch out of you're against the clock etc but gorgeous cocktails and food as always

Great time at the bottomless brunch, great service from Maddie she was fantastic at keeping up with our multiple drinks orders (even though we were a large group) meaning we were able to make the most of the offer. Burger was delicious also.

I had the curried goat and the Caribbean dumplings. They were both good. The plaintains were very good. My friend and I had the drink special where it was buy one get one free basically and so we had the passion martini and reggae rum punch. Both were very good. Service was very good. I recommend this place!

Haven't been for a while but it was disappointing here on late sat afternoon. Not very attentive staff, 1 of which that served us looked miserable, no eye contact or even a smile. Had to ask after 20 minutes for a drink top up. Food was average. Prosecco was a cheap nasty taste. Full of really drunk groups, a girl even walked past our table whilst we were eating, holding her mouth to go and be sick in the toilets (which we were unfortunately right next to). The other gripe from our booking is that we had a pregnant lady due to join us and was told she couldn't have any other option other than Bottomless Brunch if that was what the rest of the party were having! Considering the restaurant had tables all having different drinks and food I don't see why she couldn't have ordered herself iust a lemonade and a main menu option like the rest of us! Very petty, rigid and not accommodating. Needless to say she cancelled her place and met us later on to enjoy some more food and drinks at The Botanist. Far more enjoyable. Won't rush back here.
