I've been a few times now and absolutely love the food, the service has always been good too. Reasonably priced, another go to restaurant!

Food was brilliant so no complaints there at all! Issues with the technology and paying systems caused a bit of a ‘ho ha’ whilst paying but we got there in the end! There must be some better tech out there for paying for large group meals?Would happily visit again.

Wow. The staff and the fresh food make this restaurant. Our waitress Elisha and the cocktail bar man Issac are wonderful as are all the other staff here. The manager is so kind and friendly and I have to say this adds to a happy place all round. The food and wine is always excellent and great quality. You would think this was an independent restaurant rather than a chain (in a good way!)

Had a family meal here with young children. Was seated comfortably and the service was great. Food was tasty and definitely our favourite pasta place in the area.Been again today after a long break. Still great. Delicious food and top tier service.

Went here tonight with 2 others for my birthday meal. The others at my table had their meals come out promptly, however 15 minutes later and mine had still not come. No staff came to check on us. We had to physically get up and ask where my food was, by which time one of my party had already finished their meal. They kindly gave me the main course for free, but afterwards when we wanted to order dessert we were ignored for 30 minutes.By which time we had had enough and tried to get the bill. We were ignored. Again, we had to physically get up to ask for the bill. We told the “manager” what had happened to which he told us he was going to fire one of the waiters (the only one which hadn’t ignored us).I’ve never had such awful and unprofessional service in my life, it was almost laughable. Definitely my birthday meal ruined, and won’t be returning.

Updated: Zizzi listened to my feedback and I had a great meal and service this evening. Well done Zizzi. I'll be back.Previous: Poor service (2 staff on) and prioritising Deliveroo over eat in customers. Not the managers fault (lots of isolating staff I imagine) but the service was poor. Food great, service poor. Will give it one more chance before finding a new favourite.

Well, within last few years we’ve spent lots of money eating indoors at Zizzi Exeter.Always leaving a good tip for a good service.Today we’ve decided to order for collection to enjoy food at home.I’ve been waiting around 10 minutes inside waiting for someone to sort my collection.Guy who was in charge by the door simply ignored me, sorting out coming customers ( it in customers)I know, l’ve had shorts on ( going straight from the gym straight from work ), company branded hoodie - in general- not a restaurant outfit.I’ve had to stop him from taking another people to the table asking what’s the difference between collection customers and eat in ones ( we’re paying same prices, but l know, we won’t buy a drinks and we won’t leave a tip )His reaction? - Ooo, Deliveroo, yes? No - order for myself and my family ( which was ready on the table from at least 10 minutes already)Finally got my order, back home, just to confirm what l was sure it will happen- cold food ( took me 5 mins to drive back home )I did collection myself to be sure it’s hot, at least warm enough.Boxes packed randomly, up standing- here we have a little competition- what’s on the photos?Answer - it’s lasagne @ £11.65Garlic bred so dry and cold - unbeatableI’m really unhappy guysPlease treat all customers the same way or you will have to change branch ownership againMany thanks for delicious dinner

Great place for a quick and cheap lunch (especially with a taste card)It was a sunny day and we got a table outside, which was lovely right in the sunshine.Service was great and efficient.Food tasted good and portions were good enough to satisfy our appetites.2 for 1 with taste card really makes a difference when it comes to the bill!Come and try it for yourself
