Kunming Chinese Takeaway in Forest of Dean

Place is a complete waste of time never answer there phone, when you do get through they say hour for delivery then it turns up 3 hours later

The food here is Excellent, and the make up your order to the way you like, the crispy beef in honey and chilli is wonderful a must try

Had ordered our meals for delivery at 6.30, phoned up to see where it had got to at 7, got told it was on its way. Rang again at 7.10 got told it was 2 mi it’s away. Asked what they were prepared to knock off price for meals (which took a while to get a answer) this awful place took a £1 off! Our meals arrived about 10 minutes after they said was 2 minutes away. Opened the bag and two meals were wrong and one meal not there. I have never known such a unacceptable business and no sorry, or acceptance to what had happened or offering to refund. Again had to ring them and tell them that they had messed up again with our order. They could not wait to get off the phone. Told them I wanted our correct meals that we ordered and a refund. This took a while being on the phone to staff that could not be bothered to accept responsibility to their mistakes. At the end of the night we had what we ordered and a refund of £10, after a lot of arguing over the phone. I advise no one to order food from this place as disgusting on time keeping, correct meals ordered and sorting mistakes out.

Phoned up for a takeaway at 18:15 on 22/01/2022, to be told it will be ready at 19:15. Get there slightly late at approx 19:20 only to still be waiting at 19:50. Simply unacceptable. And this isn't the first instance that this has happened. Nothing wrong with the quality of the food. The service is shocking.

Ordered food for delivery got told it would get here around 6ish time gets to 7pm nothing call up get told 30 min waited 45 min nothing call again keep getting told it will be there in 30 min delivery is a joke

Food's always good and they were very helpful when I ordered the wrong thing and changed it for me.

The food from Kunming Chinese takeaway is delicious. Never disappointed and wanting more. The reason there are probably so many complaints about delivery is because the food is so good it is tricky to wait. Very friendly customer service and advise collection - it is worth it!

Called for delivery, they asked if I could collect, unfortunately I can't hence asking for delivery, bit of a discussion in the back ground to be told that it won't be delivered until 2230, which I agreed with continued to take my order, then a further heated discussion started off in the back, and I'm now informed that they can't deliver as "to busy". Not happy with the heated discussions, can't comment on the food as we aren't getting any. So now ordering from someone else!

Absolute joke waiting 2 hours for delivery to be told I’ve still got to wait another 30 mins for it to turn up my 2 year old has had to be done a separate dinner because we can’t make her wait any longer this place has been on the slide for a while food quality is slipping delivery is absolutely ridiculous I mean I was polite and rang early to give them time they said an hour and a half which I was shocked at but understood but after 2 hours I’m still sat here with no food and being told to wait even longer my last trip for sure I’m off to the golden Phoenix

Ordered multiple times. Food always good but delivery takes 2-3 hours.Tonight was told hour and a half, I’ve just rang 2 hours 30 minutes later and have been told another 40 minutes. Shambles. If your that busy employ another driver! It’s not rocket science!
