Saffron Balti in Forest of Dean

Last two currys have been really bad, madras was full of uncooked spice, raw heat. Portions have been reduced as well. Used to be the best in Lydney in my opinion but not anymore, maybe the chef has changed?

terrible terrible customer service!! ordered a set meal for 3 and they forgot the rice. 3 pots of curry and no rice isnt most appealing!No attempt to deliever what was missing and when called to question they said theyd call back ! to no surprise they didnt( waited 30 minutes).I re called and asked for a refund as by now the food is cold and unedible but again passed off and told to ring back monday as the boss wasnt in!Question is will they honour it ?Wouldn't use ever again or reccomendCome to think of it i wonder if they would of given a courtesy call to say

Fabulous meal. Pity we're on holiday, as there were so many dishes I wanted to try. Chicken Tikka in Yorkshire pudding starter really does work! Genuis.

Definitely a takeaway-only place... Food is impeccable and it's BYOB which is great but the service, cleanliness and interior are severely lacking.

We are on holiday and fancied a takeaway so I messaged saffron balti to see if they would deliver to the park we are staying and they said they would and i am so glad they did as the food was amazing and very tasty would definitely recommend 5 star all the way 😁

First meal in after lockdown. Was looking forward to this...and it was delicious as usual. Great food and excellent service.
