The new owners have been in c 5 weeks. The service, food and welcome was far better than expected, like they've been there years. Felt at home. Need to get more parking and remove the sofa from in front of the garage, otherwise 5*

For a new management team who've only been in place just over 5 weeks, very good. Warm welcome, well priced drinks, food at £10 for Christmas lunch.

Called in on a whim looking for food.. Found the best Sunday lunch ever and a cheesecake to die for.. Friendly service and a nice pint made it a great visit all round.

Most depressing pub I've stopped at. Walked in to a deathly silent pub. No music. No guests. No atmosphere. No one welcomed us. Staff who eventually served us was friendly. No soft drinks on draught. £1 for a can of coke. Menu didn't look particularly great. Garden was quite nice but unless up the top just a nice view of a junk yard next door. Didn't stay for food. Needs a major renovation.

Friendly staff. Didn't eat so don't know what food like and had been recommended the steaks. Could definitely do with a massive face lift to bring it into this century!

Called in here few weeks ago staff were very friendly and helpful food was excellent and scenery is amazing will be back again
