Bumble Bee in Gloucester

Very impressed with the standard of cleanliness, food, service and welcome when we popped by for lunch. The staff were cheerful, welcoming, polite and really helpful. The huge meals food were hot, well presented, and delicious. We didn’t have to wait too long. Our puppy was made welcome & provided with a water bowl which was much appreciated.Couldn't fault the place & will return soon. Thank you BB

Been eating here for about 10 years. Consistently friendly service, reasonable prices and food that is worth the price. At least when staying at the holiday inn next door there are no better options without a lot more money.

The food wasn't great. The Camembert starter was priced at over £13 and when comparing what we received to the menu it didn't include most of the items and it had been under the heat lamp for too long. A lot of the food and drink on the menu wasn't available either. Only giving 4 stars because the waitress was brilliant. Disappointed in the food though.

Great time with family, lovely welcome and relaxed warm atmosphere. Lovely service and food was excellent, good choices and good value for money. Definitely be back again!

My husband and I stayed at the hotel next door last night so booked a table at this place for dinner. We both had a steak and they were the best we had had in a long time! The staff were very friendly and the place had a nice ambience. Would definitely recommend.

Popped in on Friday after work hoping to get a table of 7 without pre-booking. They squeezed us in. We all had something different. I had the Salad with charcoal chicken, others had, camembert starter as the main, pie & mash, pizza, gammon. Everyone loved what they ate, apart from me. The salad was dire, i do better myself at home. It was flat and not appetizing and the chicken was tough on outside, i could not cut it had to shred. We all did go for pudding. We had The Flowerpot. Well what can i say, it saved the meal. Was good to look at. Tasted great, apart from the very bitter lime sorbet. Yuk. I borrowed some cream off one of the girls to finish it off better.Love the atmosphere of this pub. Its pet friendly, very clean, good spacing, friendly staff. Drinks not a bad price either.Hard to park as its shared with hotel. So had to squeeze in.

Absoloutely brilliant place to visit. Visited on our way back home to Liverpool from Yeovil. Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Food was amazing, we had roast dinners & my 10 y/o daughter had a pizza, which she said was the best pizza she'd ever tasted! Only downfall is that it's too far fron where we live to be able to visit again soon!!

We stopped at the hotel on site and this pub is literally next door! Being fathers day the date of us popping in we thought we would get a table but we did! Staff are so polite and actually give 110% in customer service! The food is out of this world and I believe the prices are in line with similar establishments. All in all worth a visit just for customer service alone

Happy atmosphere, lovely staff, service slow due to the volume of people. As always food was great😎. Our waitress was helpful. Beautiful little pub next to our hotel. Drinks were amazing.
