Burger King Gloucester in Gloucester

Usually love Burger King, but this visit was a bit lack-lustre, despite the best efforts of the staff. The tables and even the trays are pretty small, and when seated at a table designed for 4, our party of 3 struggled to keep food on the table. Truth be told, I usually get drive-through, so seating is not an issue. Also, a first was my choice of coffee as my drink. I couldn't in all conscience call whatever was sold me coffee, it was flavourless and I through it in the bin in the car park. There were only around 3 other people in the restaurant, but as it is mid-week, maybe that is usual.

The overall quality of food has dropped significantly. People no longer eat at Burger King chains for that reason. I tried it again after a long time and I was disappointed yet again.

Food is good but the service let's it down. There was just one car in the driveway and still there was so much wait.

Yes the family ❤️ like burger king. Tasty burgers all freshly cooked and the chips. Staff very polite, thank you. Wishing you all A happy new year lots of love xxx

Back around 6 years ago, we used to come here whenever we visited Toys R Us around every Christmas, the food was always nice and always made us happy :)

Great to have this open late and service was pretty speedy. Enjoyed 3 vegan options: whopper, mock chicken burger and then the nuggets (which were the best). Easy to order in English via the touchscreen board.Toilets a bit minging.

Took our son & 4 friends after go-karting for his birthday. At first half our order was missing, then they tried to get the whole order on one tray 🙄 When we got to the table one of the burgers was missing & there was no milk for my coffee & all the portions of chips were the same size when some should have been small & some large. Won't rush back.

The food was lovely and hot, the burger itself was delicious, after not having a burger King for a while it was nice to have food that was hot delicious and fast

Not really sure how to rate this one. Easy enough access for drive through but main restaurant entrance is only reachable crossing the drive through line. Also while modern in having the touch screen ordering, the system showing orders processed was ignored by staff and they bluntly asked if I needed my order called out despite watching said screen. Hoping it was an off day?

The vegan food is delicious. We had the vegan whopper and the flavour is amazing. The chips were okay, annoying that there was no ketchup and the mayonnaise isn’t the greatest. We also had the cheese bites which were tasty with sweet chilli sauce. Refillable drinks is a bonus. However, the millions of staff behind the till looked like they would rather be somewhere else, and none of them were smiling. The restaurant could also have done with a bit of cleaning. Not a bad branch, but not the best either.
