Caffe Nero in Gloucester

Cafe Nero....love it ! Great sweet and healthy cakes, very good coffee, friendly staff. A guilty pleasure always 😇 😋.

called in hear with a friend to have coffee. one of the staff behind the counter was very rude. manners cost nothing. needless to say there are plenty of other coffe shops. this one wont get my custom again.

Lackluster panini, mozzarella wasn't melted except around the outside. Coffee was slopped over side of cup when placed on tray. Possibly over whelmed staff as only one young girl serving, and another woman clearing tables

Lovely cafe, great range of coffees, cakes & snacks. Recommended

My regular but always room for improvement and the coffee in the Turkish version is better

My first time of going to Caffè Nero. Ive heard great things and its always busy so myself and my eldest daughter tried it!We were'nt dissapointed..the hot chocolate was gorgeous and the carrot cake was delicious 😋Very friendly staff and extremely helpful too.We will be going there again hopefully for a different cake 🤞🏻

Poor service. Coffee not up to past standards. Member of staff too busy messaging on her phone took 2 minutes to 'get to me' and only did so when manager noticed. This Costa outlet has declined in recent months.

Male staff looking at his phone while serving me, i had to return one drink as only half full, mine was only just over half full (both take aways and i couldn't be bothered to go back again) also a man attempting to measure the outside awning, 3 times almost hit a customer,
