Costa Coffee in Gloucester

Visited on our holiday and service was pour! Ask about the mango frappe and when I wanted to order it, they hadn’t any?!? Then I ordered some cake and they got the wrong one. Without a word they smashed the other one in a bag, while we wanted to eat it over there. Absolutely not friendly and the piece of cake was small an the strawberry frappe blend

Rubbish, ordered frappe at 13.54 got them 10 minutes later, the girl coughed in her hand then carried on with our washing, was making a couple's stood by the side of me at the same time, the spray cream was at the end do never swirled just splodged on top. By the time I finally got it it had melted and was almost warm.. Will never use them again. Wouldn't of been so bad if it was busy

Service is very slow. Waited more than 10 mins for a Latta & Americano. Coffee is worst and tastyless like drinking a hot water...👎👎

The staff were efficient and great service at a very busy time, shame there was a rude customer, stressful when it is noisy from customers, machines and the screens in front of the tills which makes it hard, plus the fact your voice is muffled from the mask. But well done for the worker for being professional.

Lib is an amazing manager, always so happy and goes that extra bit. We travel up from wSm and its always a pleasure to have a Costa in this store. Always has time to speak. 100/ recommend. Clean, tidy unlike some in wSm. Merry Xmas all

Waited for over 30 minutes for a hot chocolate! Absolute chaos. Staff shouting at full volume for other staff, no drinks carriers, split carrier bags. Strangley kept blaming the fact they had no dishwasher. What I presume was the manager had plenty of time to stop and chat with what I presume was her daughter. Everyone waiting were just astonished at how bad the service was in the long time we were there. Still, made some friends in the que as we were there so long! This is the one inside the quays, not the drive through which I use regularly and is night and day in quality.

GO TO THE OTHER ONE WITH A DRIVE THROUGH!!! It appears every time I go into this Costa, I have to have a bad experience. We went into Costa in the shopping centre today and ordered a Terry’s chocolate orange hot chocolate and an after eight hot chocolate, waited for about 20 minutes seeing the people behind us continuously getting their order before us, so started questioning where my order was. Noticed that it had been 25 minutes so asked them if they knew how long it would take and a worker replied she was doing it in the right order but clearly wasn’t! So then asked to see our order receipt... turned out they hadn’t even printed our order so then had to repeat the order but when we finally got the order after waiting 30 minutes it was the wrong order they just gave us two Terry’s chocolate orange hot chocolates so great waited all that time for the wrong order.... Enough lessons, we will never go back to this Costa ever again!!!
