Flames kebab pizza house in Gloucester

Made the order at 8:40pm when we got a call 09:15 to say it will be 10 minutes late but on its way. Waited an hour to turn up cold sent the order back waste of time.

Went here after a night out, they were shutting and gave us leftovers. Stated the price was £8.50 and have charged £18 off my Apple Pay. Untrustworthy and horrible food!

Absolutely disgusting service waited 2 hours for food it was freezing cold and he said he don't care no refund no sorry either

tasty, but too few vegetables, only two slices of tomato and three slices of cucumber, only onions were in large quantity. delivered to the house 15 minutes faster than planned

If I could give them a 0 I would! Ordered through just eat and gave it an hour and a half and we rang asking where the Order was they said they had cancelled it... and a refund will be put back into my account... gave it a week for a refund.. nothing came through rang just eat and they advised me to ring this company and they said I had to ring just eat to claim my refund through there.. (blaming eachother) finally when I spoke to someone at just eat they called the company and they said that the order hadn’t been cancelled and they had taken our money without even delivering. Really not happy about this at all!

after ordering a vegetarian pizza I took a bite and there was pepperoni underneath the cheese. I have been a vegetarian for 16 years and this had me vomiting all night! also within the same order was a 'special burger which gave my partner food poisoning. I have been using this place for years but wll never use it agan!! shocking

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Worst service I've ever had, I was over charged for my food, and when it came it was tiny. Pathetic amount. Couldn't even fill my tiny dog up.... I phoned up to talk about it and the manager was really rude and refused to do anything about it. He kept putting the phone down on me but I kept ringing back.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. Requested delivery for half 7, which didn't arrive until gone 9pm!!! Called multiple times to either be hung up on or shouted down the phone at by the manager and told multiple times to shut up and F*** off. When the food did arrive it was cold and not all the order had been delivered. Called back and was told I would be provided with a refund. No refund received and was advised by the manager if ever I contacted them again he would call the police on me.Avoid like the plague unless you want poor quality food which is delivered late, and if you dare question the manager you will receive a tirad of abuse.

Probably one of the best kebab takeaway in the country. The tastiest and best value kebabs. I come here all the way from Worcester tm eat. The staff is lovely and very welcoming. The food is always spot on and always extra.

First time here today. Walked straight in and instantly was very welcoming by the staff.I got chatting to Ali and he took mine and my friends order.The pizza was unbelievable. It was the best pizza I've had in Gloucestershire by a good distance. Ali cooked the pizza to a perfection with a good Base and a even ammount of toppings cheese and tomato sauce. The chips were so fresh they were extremely hot. A pinch of salt on them and they were perfect. Hot crispy and taste clean. (Oil)I will be dropping all other pizza shops and this will now be my regular.Thanks guys for great food and a 10/10 service. 5 star from me.
