KFC in Gloucester

Was a very nice place to visit growing up but the past couple of years it has been horrendous!The sharing buckets are VERY greasy and not good chicken! Has given me and my partner bad stomachs!Thought we should give it one last chance for redemption… I thought the box meals are the way to go… Visited today and ordered a Boneless Banquet and was not given any dips which we asked for and when we got home I realised there was no popcorn chicken…This restaurant is a joke and has gone completely downhill! Avoid.

Nice KFC but lacks automatic ordering machines. The staff were happy to correct an error in my order. I was impressed by the member of staff ejecting delivery drivers' cars from the disabled parking spaces.

I've had nicer KFC in Bristol Cribbs The chicken was fattier than usual and the coating didn't taste as nice as it usually does. My children complained that the boneless banquet didn't have as much food in it as usual.

I order from drive thru and ask for 20 hot wings and pay for 20 as well when they give me and I make sure is it 20 here theyo told me yes there was a queue behind so I came back to house and when I open to eat there was only 10. Comparing to other kfc this is not up to stander the pieces also very small.

Arrived at the drive-through as the restaurant was transitioning to drive-through only for the night, so nobody in the restaurant: There were only 6 cars ahead and it took nearly 30 minutes to get our food.On getting home found the chips were a bit cold and not all entirely cooked in the first place. The chicken was good however, even if the wings looked as if the bird was barely hatched.

Very quick service when running at full pace. Even a long queue can be handled with ease. Order is sometimes wrong but always check it before leaving.

Called by to get something to eat after being in hospital all day and was absolutely discussed with the way we were treated it was around 10.15pm all the delivery drivers were stood up at the serving counter so had a job to place order, half hour later was still waiting for food, they were more interested in the delivery side of things than actually getting food to waiting customers, asked were our order had got to and they hadn't a clue said they would do straight away then to be told sorry no gravy left asked what they were gonna do as already paid to be told well you will have to have what ever then,another 15mins went by had to ask again where food had got to all we had was sorry doing it now eventually when we got our food they had missed things, we weren't the only ones treated like it definitely not recommend going there at night 😡

Unbelievably slow! Well I've come to expect it. Not enough staff to deal with demands of walk ins (only 2 customers) , drive thrus and deliveries. Took 20 minutes today. Update Oct 2021,just as slow having booked on the app and if I'd have not checked would have had unhappy children as they'd missed one meal completely and a side.

It's KFC. The food was served quickly and the restaurant was relatively tidy. Had a bit of a hard time communicating with the gentleman taking the orders due to the combination of his mask and accent but he was patient and our order was taken correctly.

Food from here just was 2nd to none.... Possibly the best kfc I've eaten in years..Great selection of pieces in the box and piping hot.... Friendly staff at the serving hatches... A big thumbs up from me 👍
