London Road Supper Bar in Gloucester

Was hungry but the chips was greesy and I didn't like them very much the saucage was nice. Didn't like the fact as soon a just eat driver turned up I was forgotten and they consontrated on him all costumers are important but surely they one in front of you requires attention.

Had a takeaway last night and I was really impressed.We had a variety of things. Pizza, hotdog, chicken burger, beef burger, chips etc. all were really nice.chips were really good and portion sizes were spot on!we will definitely be back.

Recently moved to Gloucester and they're close to my place so 1st time ordered a desired fish&chips. Chips were ok but fish to greasy and curry sauce granulated. Not good at all and today just stop by on my way back home to buy some chips (dinner was ready) and they were so bad. Completely dry, maybe they were there for a while. I believe this shops are a quick service but would have been more honest to say that chips would take about 10 minutes to be ready and will wait happily. Unfortunately for them is less 1 customer and all the others I will pass my experience on. And there's loads close by where I do work

This is such a shame I am having to put this review as we have always enjoyed there food. They sent me the wrong kebab and rather than replacing it they argued with me the fact that I ordered a mixed kebab. I don't eat the chicken kebab so would of never ordered this. They said they record there calls but surprise surprise never offered me evidence of this. Absolutely shocking customer service all they had to do was replace the kebab and we spent £47 with them. There reply was so what! Wow never ordering again they can't even value regular customers.

Took ages to arrive. Chips taste of nothing. Kebab meat dry, over cooked and chewy. Pitta bread was inedible best thing about the meal was the chillies. Wont be ordering from here tho

Terrible!!!! NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!! we ordered at 7pm just before it said 8.10 due to the circumstances of being very busy, understandable it’s now 9pm I have been trying to contact them for over 10mins with no luck, just as we come to terms I’d have to get something out of the freezer to feed my young family of 5.The door went at 9.05pm I said to him this is very late since I ordered he replied it’s just very busy and everyone is ordering!!! It wouldn’t of been that bad if my ordered hadn’t come cold and my paper that had the chips in majority of the paper was wet we’re they had been left in the paper to go cold, again the bread where it was just left in the packaging water build up and left the burgers cold and the bread soggy.What a shame, no communication!! No email or phone to say the order will be longer nothing!!!! Lesson learnt never ordering from here again.

Ordered a meal deal number 4, containing a "large" chicken donner and a large lamb donner. The chicken donner had half as much meat as the lamb and when I rang to complain I was told that the "large" that is received in the meal deal is smaller than when ordered separately because "you get chips and a drink so of course you get less meat". This was said to me by the manager, who also made a point to say I was a new customer, although I've been coming to them for years, just this is the first order from this address. Terrible customer service.

That was food disaster. Absolutely below average. Large lamb kebab isn't really large at all. Nice service on the till, nothing else ;-/ I was rushing to work and had no time... I'm mad I stopped by there.

The sausages were off. The salad was brown and when I said your salad looks the worse for wear, they both laughed and blamed Tesco.The £4.50 piece of fish had been reheated more than once and was brown inside and the chips were cold. If the food isn't bad enough the woman serving was also a really miserable piece of work.The worst take out I have ever had in Gloucester. Inedible nasty food and an unpleasant experience🤢🤢🤢

Just bought some sausage and chips. Gave the person a £5 note, he gave the incorrect change, £2 short, and was so rude. Tried to claim that I had given him coins, I think I'd notice if I'd given him change instead of a note! Clearly incapable of running a business, and to top it all off the food was disgusting, nasty dry chips and a sausage which you wouldn't feed to your dog. So if you like to be ripped off, enjoy appalling customer service and vile food come here!
