Great place to stop off and enjoy a nice coffee. Indoors so no risk of rain or heatstroke such was the heat on our visit to Gloucester. Nice staff, very polite and friendly, with a smile.

Always head for Boswells when in town. Food lovely & staff so friendly & helpful. I'm a wheelchair user and never have to ask for help. They always carry tray, sort table etc very willingly.. went in Boswell's today after not being in town for a long time. Same good service. Only had a drink this time but all food we saw looked good.

Can't fault this place, good food, well priced, nice set out area, plenty of tables. Tables always cleared and cleaned by staff. Staff are always friendly, helpful and seem to work tirelessly.

Had a midday meal 2 all day breakfasts, 1 vegetarian breakfast and a triple deck sandwich. All of us were pleasantly full and also enjoyed our various drinks. All in all very pleased with the food and drinks.

Oh Dear, what's happend to Boswells? Not been in for a while, but wife and I went in today for usual snack and it was awful. Apart from being served hardly warm, the qaulity of the food was non existent. Only gave it 2 stars because the girl serving was at least very polite. Won't be back in a hurry Boswells 😕

Really love this cafe. It’s a really Pearl in the centre of Gloucester. Staff are great, the rare attention to customer service lacking in so many places. The sandwiches, salads, coffee and cakes are all good. Just find it a great place to relax, read or work.
