McDonald's in Gloucester

Great drive through McDonald’s. Although went there when it was really busy with long queues at the drive through but impressively we were out very quickly with our takeaway. The staff was excellent, carefully and patiently took our order and served it up in no time.

Good service as ever. Used the click and serve and the food came swiftly. Tried out the new McPlant. It was very nice! As a meat eater you can tell the difference but very nice all the same.

So disappointed. I used to work for mcdonald's so tend not to complain as I understand how things aren't always spot on but tonight took the mick. Ordered on the app and collected thru drive thru. Was told they didn't have the mcflurrys or shakes we ordered. OK no surprise, they never do. Then told to park up and wait. Again, expected as our order should be made fresh when we arrive. Asked the girl at the window where abouts she'd like us to park up and was told "wherever, I really don't care." waited about 10 mins which I didn't mind as we were getting fresh, hot food. Got our food, drove less than 5 mins home, open our bags and absolutely everything is cold. My husbands burger was hard and rubbery. Nuggets were cold and chewy. Everything was cold. Won't be going back to St Oswalds.

Just had good here. 1st the order was wrong then the food was cold and tasted foul these kids need to learn their job properly

Had a bit of time before a hospital appointment so decided to stop for a "quick" breakfast at McDonald's with my daughter. Thought to myself that we'd have plenty of time to order, eat and run to get to appointment on time. Ordered from the kiosk as we went in. Seen about 6 people waiting for food. Anyhow, ordered myself a double sausage and egg McMuffin as I think they are the only superior breakfast/lunch item to come out of McDonald's. Time was ticking on and the more nervous I got. From the point of receipt until our number being called was 26 minutes. I only had a spare half hour! Whacked my hash brown in my breakfast muffin which as mentioned before was an absolute mouth watering delight. My daughter had pancakes and syrup which was stone cold as soon as it came out. I would normally go and ask for this to be sorted but was on a very short time limit. Disappointed for my daughter and totally disappointed with the time taken. No staff members apologised for the wait or explained to anyone what the reason was. As I work in a fast food restaurant myself it was sad to see that customer service wasn't a priority and serving cold food without an apology was a failure on their part. Not somewhere I will be planning on returning anytime soon.

The food was okay same as normal but it took so long to be served the indoor self order card machine wouldn't work so had to queue and pay at a till which would be no issue but the staff kept leaving the till and when asked if anyone was serving said yes and walked off. It was unorganised, the managers didn't seem to be managing they were just shouting what food needed to be cooked whilst their staff were wondering around aimlessly. I've seen a busy mcdonalds before but it was carnage this past Sunday.

Love Maccie Dz. However they got it wrong on this occasion, missed items, burgers not correct (lettuce and mayo missing on two chicken burgers). Only excuse was that they were very busy. This will not stop us returning though.

Fast food isn't a great combination of concepts. In recent memory, the food is too fast and the food... isn't. Make time to cook and look after yourselves properly x

Brilliant place to visit worth every penny you might spend , plus this weekend British icons/ British weather but did not deter those who attended

First time visiting for a while! Prompt friendly service and the sausage breakfast meal was 👌loving the toffee latte! Even the seagulls wanted a bite!
