I ordered the large burger but there was no lettuce and I was only to put remove cheese and onion. I am so sure this place has the worst service and lazy staff in England when I only recently moved here, this is where my partner lives in the city centre. unsurprisingly, the people of Gloucester are downright miserable. Deserves zero star.

Very convenient and easy to get to, the food, and service are just like most of McDonalds, quick, easy, cheap, and the staff are always reliable, and friendly. This place has two stories, so plenty of space for indoor eating. It also has a bathroom which is easy to get to. It can get quite busy inside when school hours end, or around lunch time, although that is to be expected. The place is very clean too.

Was very busy but staff around dining area were working well at getting tables cleared and cleaned for next people. Dud well with table service. ...... was let down from 5 stars as meal could have been hotter

I thought all McDonald's were the same - trusted, average, clean. I was wrong. This venue was dirty, scruffy and almost "scarry". I felt unsafe and kept a VERY careful eye on my shopping. Toilets were very limited as upstairs was closed limiting the facilities to one small toilet under the stairs!! I won't be returning!!

Absolute embarrassing if I worked there no hand gel no soap for washing hands in the toilet dirty floor dirty table and staff couldn't get egg and cheese mcmuffin right .

Probably the dirtiest McDonalds I have ever visited. Doors, benches etc. It might have been acceptable if there was sanitiser in their dispensers, but there wasn't. The food was luke warm too. Not a good experience 😕

Cheap food and lovely staff.Not to sure of the older lady's name, she what's a white shirt and has white hair I believe.. however she is the best one there.. so warming and polite and I can see she only wants the best for the customers!She deserves a payrise honestly. My sister only goes in McDonald's if she's working as she brightens her day with her smile and her greeting
