McDonald's in Gloucester

Soo busy.Upstairs was closed adding to the amount of people squashed together.Food was lukewarm despite the quick service.All credit to the staff though for coping!

was very nice mcdonalds, the breakfast was nice especially the egg mcmuffin. had to ask three times for a straw for my beverage which was annoying other than that some of the staff was friendly especially the gentlemen in the blue clothes below

I had today a chicken & bacon bbq wrap. That was a shocking experience. The chicken was raw and the bacon wasn't tasting good at all. This was the most disgusting food I had for ages! McDonald's should be proud for the one star rating because they don't even deserve the one.

Dirty, rubbish everywhere food slow and cold when arrived.

Nice hot, fresh food most of the time. Can be a long wait when it's busy and make sure you check you have everything you ordered before you leave.

Only went in for a milkshake, used the self service and milkshake wasn't even listed so went to the counter where I was told they didn't have milkshake, I then went to two other MCDS on my way home, all 3 resturants out of milkshake???????

I ordered the large burger but there was no lettuce and I was only to put remove cheese and onion. I am so sure this place has the worst service and lazy staff in England when I only recently moved here, this is where my partner lives in the city centre. unsurprisingly, the people of Gloucester are downright miserable. Deserves zero star.

Regular McDonald's meal but very friendly staff

Very convenient and easy to get to, the food, and service are just like most of McDonalds, quick, easy, cheap, and the staff are always reliable, and friendly. This place has two stories, so plenty of space for indoor eating. It also has a bathroom which is easy to get to. It can get quite busy inside when school hours end, or around lunch time, although that is to be expected. The place is very clean too.

Was very busy but staff around dining area were working well at getting tables cleared and cleaned for next people. Dud well with table service. ...... was let down from 5 stars as meal could have been hotter
