We met friends at Nandos in the Quays for lunch today and we were very impressed. We were welcomed warmly and seated swiftly despite it being busy. Every member of staff that we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. Sam deserves a special mention! The food arrived promptly and it was all hot and very tasty. We would highly recommend this Nandos, it's one of the best we have visited. Thank you!

Haven’t been to Nando’s for a while, but it was the best one I have ever had. Took a little while to come out of the kitchen, but was great when arrived. Staff are good, especially JJ who was helpful.

First time dining at Nandos and it was some of the most delicious chicken I've ever tried, had to wait for a table but once seated food came quickly and staff were very attentive. The star of the evening was definitely the bottomless soft drinks that were much needed as I'm not good with spice. I will definitely be making Nandos one of my regular dining choices after today.

QR code menu worked up until the point we wanted to confirm the order and then crashed. Tried on 3 different phones with no joy. Went to counter and manager politely mentioned the card machines are down too. We walked out and went to 5 Guys.

Nice food, good serviceTried ordering using the qr come in the table but decided to not share my data with Nandos.Ordered at the top and it was cheaper than online.If you go here I'd recommend ordering at the till since online prices are more expensive

I visited the restaurant at 6:30pm today, more than half of the tables were empty. I was told by the host that I needed to stand at the door and wait 20 minutes before I and my 2 children could sit down. When I asked the manager for an explanation, he told me they could not offer me a “good customer experience” until 20 minutes time, so I needed to wait. This is the craziest thing I have ever experienced, it would make far more sense to have offered us a seat and let me buy a beer and some drinks for the kids while I wait. Bonkers!

Asked to us the QR code to order our meals, the site didn’t allow us to log on to use our chillies and then order a meal to eat in, just delivery or collection. The manager said to order at the till, which was very busy but still only one person serving. We went to 5 guys instead which was fast tasty and provided a better service all round. Still yet to have a satisfactory meal in Gloucester Nando’s. Please try and persuade to give it another try!!!
