If I could rate no stars I would as I have nothing to rate. We ordered through Just Eat at 18:45 and requested the delivery time for 20:00 which you would think would be plenty of notice to receive my order on time. Apparently not. Not only did it not show up on time it didn't show up at all. Now I have ordered from many many places through Just Eat and I understand at busy times deliveries may turn up late and that in all fairness is understandable but to not turn up at all is frankly amazing. I have never EVER had an order not show up eventually. And for those of you who think I must have missed the delivery I have a camera on the front of my house that shows all comings and goings.

Biggest fish and chips I've ever eaten. Portions were massive, the cod was more the size of a whale. Wow, just brilliant.

We have been buying from the Seymour fryer for more years than we can remember. They kept us going through lockdown with good quality food served with more than a smile.Unfortunately, that seems to be slipping. Our daughter ordered a delivery last week that was 40 minutes late arriving.We always order, as my husband cannot stand for long, now. When he arrived this evening, there was a queue stretching down the road and they hadn't even started our order.To make matters worse, our usual order had gone up by £1.50 and, when he eventually arrived home exhausted, items were missing.Think we are going to give our weekly treat some serious consideration in future...

Ordered fish, chips and curry sauce. Given plaice. Chip soft not to my taste and portion to much for one, a lot thrown away. Found plaice battered fish tastless.I found expensive at over £8.Had fish and chips at another place in Gloucester where chips and batter crisp suited my taste.

Low quality food... Maybe half star more than McDonald's as quality, 1 star less for customer service.It should be illegal to wait one hour after the delivery promise time for this kind of food.This food has had as much oil in it as an 3.0l diesel engine...In France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece this is not considered food, this is a joke!!!

Lovely fish and chips never let us down great friendly service and a great delivery service mum loves that they do gluten free fish and chips as she's a coeliac. Just an idea battered sausages gluten free would go down well. Always good value.
