Sowl Fuud in Gloucester

Restaurant is NOT vegan any more approach with caution, blames others for poor opening consistency, bad reputation and sub par food standard. Was once a place I eat frequently and would recommend now avoid. Recommend tangtastic and plantbased co for vegan Gloucester alternatives. AVOID

We arrived tonight (Saturday evening) and had a really friendly welcome. There was space for us to sit down so we sat while waiting for our order to be prepared. While we waited the two men behind the counter were chatting to us while they were working and really made us feel welcome. The food was great value and was so fresh and tasty, obviously a lot of thought and preparation had gone into the recipes. This made for a really enjoyable evening and will definitely travel into town for this takeaway again!

Great little takeaway restaurant nestled in Central Gloucester.The chips are by far the best chips I've had from a takeaway, herby and delicious.Good onion rings, not greasy, not heavy. Just nice light onion rings.We had the Kebab Wraps, super filling, healthier than other places and vegan to boot! I would have liked to see more rainbow veggies in this and less starchy carbs.It's apples and oranges, personally I really like pickled slaw, cabbage and tomatoes in a wrap/takeaway.Also the food came in a compostable carrier bag, reduce waste folks!

Just picked up my first order. I just say, I certainly will be coming back. The moment I walked in I was welcomed and he grabbed my order instantly, food smelt great. Had a vegan burger and got to say is the best I’ve ever had. Will be back for sure!

Absolutely DELICIOUS food! I'm not vegan but I often get a craving for food from this place! 😋 It's always scrummy and amazing value! Such a range on the menue too. Also love the recyclable packaging it comes delivered in, such a bonus 💚

I've travelled throughout the uk and europe for great vegan food but after all that searching I found the best food here close to my home town.The food is on another level. The staff are on another level with info too.Go there, it cant be missed.I guarantee you will leave feeling overwhelmed

Absolutely first class vegan food & genuinely nice guys who run this place. Great menu, great value and most importantly delicious food. What a perfect little indie gem of a find for our visit to Gloucester.

So yummy! We had the Derty burger and it was bangin'. Great selection and locally made vegan cakes too! The two guys in there were so friendly and we had a great chat. Recommend highly, especially if you aren't vegan!!!
