Incredibly slow. Phoned an order in and they said it was ready to collect. Ended up waiting in store because they hadn’t started cooking it

AVOID ..Will never order again. I placed my order at 02.45 ( open till 4.30am) it's now 04.09am still no delivery. Phone number I've tried calling 10 times and just engaged tone constantly.I want my money back.Terrible service

Order delivered, but missing items. Called and they wanted to send with next order. Asked for it straight away as do not use them often, but after 3 hours still not delivered. Great food but lacking in customer service.

I placed an order that was supposed to be up to 45 minutes called the restaurant. They told me it would be in a few minutes. I waited an hour and a half for food. No information, nothing. Fries were like gum, must have been in the bag for a long time.

Ordered through just eat, when food arrives it was a disgrace. £22 for 2 burgers, 4 slices of garlic bread, onion rings and jalapeño bits. Burgers were smaller than mcdonald's cheese burgers, onion rings were burnt and soggy and jalapeño bites were burnt.Absolutely disgusting. We phoned to make a complaint and was told to go to the shop, upon getting to the shop my partner wanted a refund and was greeted by an arrogant manager that threatened to knock my partner out as he was confronting them for a refund. If this is the way this manger treats customers then the company seriously needs to reevaluate who they hire.Have contacted just eat about the refund as the shop had the food back and they have refused to refund us, will try again tomorrow but if this not resolved then further action will be taken.Do not waste your money on food from this place it is horrendous.

Worst place ever!!! Food good.Took over 1 hours and half to come. When arrived forgot my chicken wings. Woman is certain I didn’t order rude as hell. Will make sure no one around me orders. Twice in one week they have messed up. As I can see my order on my screen it’s correct. Never ordering again.

Oh my what can I say... DONT ORDER FROM HERE IF I WANT 100% COOKED CHICKEN! I ordered the boneless mix2 chicken burgers2 fillet chickens2 chips2 (large gravy )Extra popcorn chicken...Chips were no problem but the chicken.Chicken was still pink which to me indicates it isn’t cooked properly luckily when I eat food from a takeout I’m not used to I check what I’m eating! Chicken fillets were also pink! £21 I stupidly paid for a meal which I thought would of been good I was wrong! Spoke to a guy who quoted “ I’ve had 160 customers who have ordered been delivered food and are still waiting who have ordered the same meal as you with no complaints “ so with all these orders how can they guarantee all good will be cooked properly?? Do people really know what they are eating? So the last I heard from the shop was that the guy would speak to the boss. Obviously I have all this food which isn’t st a good quality I wanted my money back. Will I get my money back nope because I’ve had no phone call back. Are they probably laughing YES. Please be aware of where and what you order. Will definitely be taking this further.
