First time eating out with my baby. I was a bit anxious about feeding him but staff were very considered. Also great food!

The food was good, it's expensive but that's expected. Only let down by the slow service, took ages to flag someone down for more drinks, and the same when we wanted to pay. They weren't especially busy either. Otherwise a pleasant visit

Friday's is usually good. This time not so good. It took ages to get served. Our server walked by us many times before attending to us. Many staff walked by and we just couldn't get eye contact, and they ignored us when we called to them. The food was good but took such a long time to reach us, and it was very hard to get a drink refill. The place was not busy, and several staff seemed to be enjoying a chat.Very disappointed with this standard of service from the staff, and the place seemed a little shabby.

Disappointed with the available drinks as there was no larger available on tap at all early on a Saturday evening, no bud or peroni and very limited options on cider (all fruit ciders, no apple!). Service at the bar was poor and the attitude from the female staff member was dismissive and rude.Once seated the experience was totally different. Great waiting staff, food was fab and arrived quickly and we were well taken care of.Ladies toilets were unkempt and the sink areas were soaking with papers on the floor and a low level of cleanliness visible.Would definitely recommend the food but overall experience was disappointing.

Enquired if the restaurant accepted dogs, the person on the door didn't know the answer and had to go and find someone else to ask. Answer was no, only service dogs. Offered to eat outside but initially told at this time of year we don't offer outside table service! Went to Bills restaurant next door, and received a very warm welcome from the time we went through the door, an excellent meal with very friendly staff. Happy to part with my £40 which TGI's would have got if they cared a little more about customer service, after all, it's the customer who pays their wages and without customers you don't have a job!

Excellent and very tasty food with professional, courteous service. The burgers are quite difficult to fit in the mouth though. Very tall.

Booked for NYE tried to order a cocktail for the wife to be told there's no crushed ice so no cocktails. Ordered a pint of Moretti for myself came with an inch of sediment in the glass must be from the lines. Table behind and diagonally across from us both sent food back. Worst TGI experience to date.

I went to this TGI's about 5 years ago for drinks and it was really busy. I recently went to it again when the restaurants were only allowing outdoor guests. There were about 15 table outside which were all under cover. The menu was accessible via scanning a code on the table. And then we ordered via the waitress. There was a very limited wine menu, 1 red, 1 white and 1 rose. I was happy with the choice of beer. The wings were really good for starter and the blue cheese dip was really good. The main wasnt great. I had a burger and fries which was OK. I would say its just the same as all TGI restaurants, you won't have Hugh hopes but its a decent meal.
