Have a visited the Barnowl for approximately three years, after having a very poor meal there.visited today for a meal ,to see if it had improved .I must say we had a very nice meal and the service was good very much improved. So am now considering a family get together there.

We love the Barn Owl. It is our regular place to go for an evening out, whether with kiddies or just us grown ups. Sasha (our favorite waitress) and all the staff are fantastic, helpful, happy and grateful to see us back. Chef, Steve, always keeps us returning with wonderfully cooked food. Friendly welcome on arrival and roomy dining area to comfortably sit our party of eight. Attentive, cheerful and helpful waiting by Debbie. Generous servings of well cooked food for all our party which included three vegetarians. Altogether a first class experience and extremely good value for money. Well done and thoroughly recommended!

Love this place! Great staff, always very helpful, friendly and best of all, its local. Food is great and the drinks are cold! Dogs are always welcome which is great, especially in the summer in the garden.

We have been here for lunch, the building is nice, with really high ceilings and the typical structure of a barn showing. The reason why I’m only giving 3 stars is the food, obviously it is a pub kind of place but still I think the dishes could be improved (I had the Hunter’s Chicken).
