Topolys Italian in Gloucester

Food was fantastic, service was excellent. Will definitely be going back.One thing I prefer I draft lager but bottles were fine. No waybi would downgrade to 4 stars for this though.I'm just gutted I hadn't found this place previously.

Had the best experience here. Service was excellent from the start. The food was amazing. I had the steak and it was the best steak I've ever eaten. My children loved the lasagna and my partner enjoy the fish platter. Desserts were great too. The atmosphere was lovely. I would recommend for a date night or family meal out. Definitely returning soon.

Love Topoly's never had a bad meal here. 20 years plus been enjoying food hear. Highly recommended 👍🏾😁

Absolutely not Italian but awful for sure. There are only a few truly Italian dishes there. The food is not fresh but frozen. The chicken pesto was dry, the bruschetta was clearly coming from the supermarket and frozen too. It is a scam. My Italian friend and I were really disappointed. Prices are quite expensive regarding the poor quality of the dishes proposed in the restaurant.... At least we had a good laugh...

Went there for Saturday lunch before going to the cinema. I had already booked so there was no issues there. They only had another couple in so service was quick. Drinks and food order were taken promptly. We both had starters and a main course. All I can say is the food a great, and you get a good plateful too. Quite a extensive menu to cater for everyone. Overall I can't fault the restaurant, or the staff that were very friendly.... and will definitely be back soon.

What a great find this restaurant was. We were late to arrive in Gloucester, on Saturday night, and most places were closed. However, Topoly's was open. The ambience was excellent and the staff were so welcoming. The menu was varied and catered for all tastes, and the food was absolutely excellent. We were served by Oscar and Sophie, both exceptionally friendly and helpful. The place was run by Roya who was absolutely lovely. She came over and chatted to us and answered our questions about the locality. At no point did we feel pressured into hurrying up, even though we were the last customer there. I highly recommend this lovely restaurant for its food, its atmosphere and its staff.

It the first time I have come to this restaurant. I’m really busy with my food so I’m often disappointed when I try new places however this was not the case here. The food was really tasty and the service was also really good. I would definitely eat here again.
