Such knowledgeable booksellers! Had a great chat with one of the staff there who recommended me some great books.

Too place for books. Friendly and helpful staff . Bonus is cafe does good coffee.

It's always a pleasure to visit this book shop. Sooo many books on sooo many subjects. The staff are so helpful, and nothing is too much trouble.If I could win the lottery I would love to host a weekend sleepover for all my friends and their children in Waterstones. Whow! Just imagine it.

We wanted to write a review after our experience shopping in Waterstones, Gloucester yesterday. What an amazing sales assistant at the till. While my daughter chose a book I heard him serving other customers, he recalled previous purchases they had made and asked if they had enjoyed them, he recommended other choices for them and had even put a book aside he thought a customer might like on the hope they'd come in. When it was our turn he was so friendly and enthusiastic about our choices. He is obviously a passionate reader, deeply knowledgeable about books and authors, and wonderful with customers. Such a joy to be served by a real professional. Waterstones are very lucky to have him.
