Yanto's Pancake House in Gloucester

Nice vegan waffle and savoury crepe! Soya hot chocolate and tea was great too. I would definitely come back and try other items on the menu.

Never again, staff and service were so slow we had to leave after 30 minutes. Walked in ordered a meal for myself and daughter waited 15 minutes, added hot drinks to the order waited another 15 minutes, still nothing arrived, approached the staff who said there were another 2 table order before ours. They hadn't received their drinks by this time, so we had to cancel the order and leave. They could have given an indication that we were going to be waiting a very long time but didn't.

Waited for pancakes 20.mins+ They weren't busy. When pancakes came they were thick and dry. Banana on top was tiny little pieces. Wasn't a while banana. So disappointing. Think waiting for it was the worse thing. We won't be going back there in a hurry.

Staff is lovely and the food was great! One of the nicest dessert places in Gloucester if you're looking to find a place to take your friends/family.

Has to be the best pancake place in Gloucester. You can see that the ingredients are fresh and everything tasted perfect.

Awful. Ordered the pulled pork pancake but got served this instead. We knew there was no coleslaw so it was substituted for 2 sausages, but there was no mozzarella as it stated there would be and the pork was completely inedible. They put very cheap cheddar on as well and the presentation was awful. The pancake themselves were nice but the toppings could not be eaten.

Very disappointed, waffles were very bland and not enough topping, they were chewy and dry. Pancakes, again not enough topping as there are 3 pancakes, the bottom 2 are completely plain. Waste of £23.50.

Positives : the staff were AMAZING . Very helpful and friendly. The latte was really enjoyable and tasty and the sizings were good.The amount of food was just right and the bacon and sausages tasted ok.The toilets were clean and accessible.The staff seated us next to a mini heater incase we were cold which we could turn off after we had warmed up a bit .Negatives: the pancakes were awful . After a fair few bites my mouth felt tingly and I thought I was having a reaction . My companion also said they had a weird taste and terrible after taste . I spoke to the staff and they thanked me for letting them know because the bicarb/Baking powder may have been too high . They offered us both something else to eat but as we were in a hurry they took the pancakes off the bill. They were fabulous about the whole thing and very apologetic (these things happen so don't sweat it !)Overall I would give them another go and say it was a no bones day for the pancakes .

Loved the variety of dishes on the menu.Started with a full English breakfast and they were so tasty and the eggs were nicely seasoned. We tried it one with crepes and the other with American stacked pancakes. I preferred the crepes.For desert we ordered an Oreo and raspberry Waffle and also a marshmallow, strawberry and sprinkles with a side of ice cream. I loved the strawberry one on American style pancakes and the waffle suited the desert dish.Very fair prices, great customer service and lovely atmosphere with a little background music.Will be coming back to try the sausage, bacon and maple syrup pancakes next and can't wait!

Loved Yanto's, the crêpes were amazing, great customer service, very good safety measures in place with sanitiser available for customers and a system in place for ordering and having your food brought to a "serving station" to keep social distance. Fully wheelchair accessible. Will definitely be back soon!
