Today I visited for the second time and brought some friends who have never been. We made our order the food came in good time. My friend liked something I ordered and went to order the same at the bar. When she went to place her order she was told that she cannot order anything else as they have a lot of orders to fill. This was after 2pm which means they were still opened and many other customers will come after us. I was not pleased with that after the excellent service I got two week prior. This lady was in a foul mood from the start it’s so sad because I really liked the who atmosphere and planned on taking other friends in the future. The saving grace was that the food we got was actually very good. Cashier needs to check herself though.

After waiting 40 minutes for our meals to arrive (2 adults and 2 children), in a very quiet restaurant with plenty of staff on, one meal had onion rings missing off the plate. When mentioned to the waitress that they were missing she asked if we had ordered onion rings 🤔, no they are suppose to be a part of the meal 🤷‍♂️. She then went to the kitchen to let them know and returned to the table to let us know they were on the way 😊. They finally turned up once we had all finished our meals and they weren't even hot. Won't be returning any time soon or if at all. Avoid if you can!!

It's hot and you don't have to cook it. The staff are lovely and helpful. Gluten free is not marked on the menu, you get an allergy folder you needs magnifying glasses to see, with lots of pages which don't make it very clear what is and isn't. If you like a roulette wheel game of chance go ye ahead.

Took ages to find anyone to speak to when we arrived. Then seemed put out we hadn't booked. It was after 2pm the place was only a quarter full. Girl that served us was great. Food choices was limited as so much was off.

This place really has gone downhill. We have eaten here many times when staying at the Premier Inn as it's convenient. The last couple of times we have waited ages for food. Most recently we had a starter and waited an hour for the main course. This is when it's only half full.

Nice easy car park, good access to the restaurant nice helpful friendly staff. Nice homely feel to the place, not too crowded not too long to wait for the meal. I can recommend the The Grill lovely steak just right and all the trimmings were great. Had a great time relaxing, no being chased out when you were finished. All in all worth five points all day, definitely recommended.

Good locationGood parkingGood section of foodGood section of drinksExcellent bar service with a smileUnfortunately not good table service by a young lady and when the food was served out it was barely warm. The restaurant was not busy so no excuses can be made apart from lack of attention on making and serving the food.Shame because the atmosphere and layout is very welcoming.

Great value, prompt service and clean restaurant. Chicken and bacon with mushroom sauce was delicious and my husband's fish and chips was the best we've seen in a while. Will definitely eat there again. The picture doesn't do it justice, the fish portion was large with crispy batter and deep white fish.

Friendly staff but our food was clearly reheated and not seasoned properly. It was a long wait too. A little bit disappointed as I hoped our visit to Glastonbury would be more pleasurable

Came for dinner yesterday and the service was great and this morning we had breakfast as we’re stayed at the hotel connected to the restaurant… we were served by Jake who was a lovely and friendly young man he was polite and friendly and made sure that we had all we needed, I would recommend their breakfast 🍳 it was really tasty and I had some of the best mushrooms 🍄 I’ve had in a long time really nice start to our day! And the manager Cliff was equally helpful he seems to be pitching in doing everything from clearing tables to serving or being in the kitchen it’s really lovely to see a manager that leads from the front! Thanks again Glastonbury Brewers Fayre! Happy Customer
