Burger King in Mendip

Burger King was the only place open. Good clean and fairly quick service. You always get a better burger at BK.

Amazing customer service, very fast. The dining area and toilets are very clean and looked after. I can’t wait to return, the best Burger King I’ve been to in a while. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. And the food was extraordinary!! 😊Ps, Maurice and Janet are little fibbers, don’t listen to them 😃

Needed comfort stop & food. Food quick and ok. Toilets needed a good clean, rather than a hit & miss brush round. Not been properly cleaned.

Food etc. is ok. However there's about 6 tables for the burger king, Gregg's and Subway combined. Almost everyone was sat eating in their cars as there wasn't anywhere free to sit.

Part of the "Podimore services" it's a relatively small outlet but on each of my visits has been adequately to well staffed and the service has been adequate to good. Latest visit good. I have now started using the self service touch screens as card payment has been unavailable at the counter on last few visits. 5 staff milling around, reasonable fast and polite service. Food is hot although this time chips went up to usual standard. With their new plant based offerings it's my 1st fast food choice. Small communal seating area and toilets and parking are adequate.

Would like to thank J Burton for his help this morning after a huge mess-up with the contactless system failing on Sunday the 3/4/22. Called this morning (6/4/22) to mention we had been charged twice and without any hesitation he dealt with the issue instantly, arranged a refund and apologised profusely. Thank you, you are a asset to the company and they're lucky to have a gentleman like you working for them.

Decent food, just as expected, same deals you always get. Everything was available, and staff were friendly. Very limited tables to sit in though.

Staff went above and beyond when our car broke down late on Easter Sunday with 2 small children. Staff were really lovely, facilities better than most services on the a303.

Very good considering how tiny is it- bathrooms very clean, food as you expect from burger king which was hot and filling and fast! Not very much seating though and not as spaced apart as I would be comfortable with.

Always a nice treat at BK. I got the double xl bacon burger meal with added haloumi and added fries which made a fantasticly tasting meal
