Cordero Lounge in Mendip

I ordered a breakfast which was great and my partner had a halloumi burger and sweet potato fries. Unfortunately her meal was cold so we asked for some hot fries and she’d suffer the burger due to time constraints. The fries came back hot but looks like they’d reheated the fries rather than replaced. They didn’t look that appealing and slightly burnt, I think given the cost of a few fries you’d expect them to be replaced. Anyway, nice venue and staff friendly but I don’t There’s enough of them to deliver an excellent service.

Had food and drinks here with my family last Saturday for the afternoon in their outdoor seating area which was a lovely sun trap. Food was very nice, decent portions and also quite cheap! Staff super friendly and smiley!

The staff at Cordero were super-friendly and flexible when I had to change my order time due to a late-running schedule prior to the show I was playing nearby, and at the restaurant the service was very pleasant and welcoming. I recommend checking out Cordero Lounge the next time you’re in Frome! 👍🏽

We were looking around Frome for a place to stop for a late lunch and this was one of the very few places open. For that reason our expectations were low, but they were absolutely smashed when we received great service and excellent food. The milkshakes in particular were fantastic. On top of all this, the restaurant has a beautiful and spacious interior. Definitely stop by if you’re ever in Frome.

We always enjoy visiting the Cordero Lounge Frome. There is a lovely atmosphere and the staff are always cheerful and welcoming despite having to run up and down stairs with food. After a very enjoyable time celebrating our son's birthday last evening we went back this morning for a cup of coffee, however, the menu was too tempting and we enjoyed a great vegetarian breakfast.It was nice to be told by our server the coffee was free with breakfast. Only criticism the space on this comments page is too small and I can't read what I am writing so the last bit might be all nonsense.

Food seems to have gone downhill here, shame. Burnt cheesy garlic bread without cheese and half a bowl of fries...

Came in today over a very busy lunch service. All I can say is the staff were perfect and informed about wait on food which is expected when a place is full, but food was quicker and was on point. Staff deserve all the credit for keeping everything flowing and the atmosphere welcoming

Wow what a surprise and a delight! This is tucked away in a slightly dingy mall but once you step inside you’ll be greeted by sincere and friendly staff and a wide ranging menu which caters for all dietary needs and allergens. Vegans and Veggies are well catered for - we had the veggie brunch which was delicious. The staff were attentive and accommodating, and I really appreciate the important touches (like our takeaway box being made from plant-based compostable materials. Thanks so much keep up the great work

Came in here a couple of weeks back on a Saturday night for a couple of drinks. When we came in it was fairly busy and the staff at the bar told us that we’d have to leave as there was no seats however another member of staff came over and luckily once we were upstairs it only seemed to be half full which was a little strange… nevertheless once we sat down the service was amazing, we felt a little hungry so even bought some chips which were superb. A thoroughly good experience and would definitely recommend anyone to visit!

A hidden little gem, that reminds me of European cafe culture, the food was great, friendly staff and mixture of rustic indoors and outdoor seating. Speedy food, warm and yummy! Recommend
