Crofters in Mendip

Lovely staff who I had a great time getting to know while on Arran.Food is absolutely delicious and clearly made by talented staff with fresh ingredients and new menus daily.I returned numerous times during my stay, would recommend and would come again!

Main meal was great but the 5 cheese selection was a shockingly small amount of only 3 different cheeses. For 12 pound it was very overpriced.

What a brilliant nightWe were there on the last Saturday of February 2022Arrived a Crofters for dinner , 4 blokes and then 3 for after dinner drinksFood wasnt great , but to be fair they must have had issues with so many ferry cancellations that week and a packed restaurant . I'm sure these guys can do much better .The rest of the evening more than made up for it tho.What a night, great entertainment starting with a local folk group then a brilliant young singer /guitarist .Great hand crafted beers and spirits(Arran Vodka was excellent)Cant remember what time we left .Was great to see Scottish hospitality back to it's very best after the terrible last few years we have had .Thanks to the management and staff , wish you all a successful year .

If you enjoy excellent food, drink, acoustic music and relaxed friendly hospitality, then this must be your 'go to' place when visiting Arran. Dog friendly to boot, we can't wait to visit again. Easily a 5 star review.

Crofters is a very cozy and welcoming bar and restaurant situated in the heart of Brodick. The food is great and they offer a variety of great draught beers, bottles beers, whisky 🥃 and Arran liquor. The staff were super nice and professional. I will be back hopefully sooner than later.

Nice pub. Had a descent pint. However the food, although tasty, was overpriced for what it was (8 pound for basically one slice of toasted bread, cheese and garnish). Also there is not really a children's menu. The cheese sandwich our daughter got was ordered plain but came out with salad and a spread, which would have been lovely for us but unfortunately wasn't for her.

We had a lovely lunch here on Saturday. Live music was great and relaxing. Service was really good and we were made to feel very welcome! Food and drink options were varied and would suit all tastes. We look forward to returning when we next visit Arran.

Really amazing place for food and drink. You can tell the owner has a real passion for providing ethical and sustainable food.Really impressed with the flavours, ingredients and atmosphere . Great food, drinks, and live music too. Impeccable service too

Eating here was one of the best dining experiences. The restaurant design is simple. The service was a perfect blend of efficient and relaxed. The food was excellent. Amazing flavours, great choices. 5 stars. Then the music started. 2 locals on guitar and fiddle playing some tunes and singing along - made my hair stand on end. This was my perfect experience of dining out in Scotland.
