Domino's Pizza Glastonbury in Mendip

Exactly what would you expect from Domino's. Also quick, order done in less than 15 minutes.

Nice pizza, I wish we could see it being made live on a Web cam from the app would be good.I'm alway nervous about Spit when it's one race serving another,I'm not racist I've a mixed raced kid. I noticed most workers were eastern in origin which set my gagg reflexes off. Lovely pizza but no more.

In my opinion terrible customer service tried to order online and my order didn’t go through so I phoned and they said “it’s not their problem” and then I come into the store with cash however they don’t accept cash but they told me their card machines aren’t working even though there is delivery drivers walking in and out of the store with food and then I can’t help but overhear a conversation of a staff member saying “hell this is dominos pizza where we won’t help”

The worst place to order pizza from , waited over 2 hours for our pizza , which said it was out for delivery after 30 minutes (after order been made ) the manager or person on the phone was super rude , never be ordering from there again , NOT RECOMMENDED!!

The pizzas were nice but they hadn't even started to be cooked at the time they were pre ordered for.

Waited over an hour for our order, rang them twice, fobbed off with excuses by the manager, so we cancelled the order and got asked for a refund. Papa Jon's for us from now on

Ordered nearly £20 worth of food on Saturday the 4th Dec, after 2 hours gave them a ring. They said they were having trouble with deliveries,after another hour I tried calling again.Someone picked up the phone and put it down straight away.my order never got delivered.They had my email address and phone number,but never contacted me with any explanation or apology.would not recommend the on-line service for quick service.

This would be 0 stars if it were allowed. I ordered a pizza with vegan cheese and pepperoni. They took the money and gave me a time, it even showed up on the screen as being cooked. Then 30 minutes later when it was supposed to be done they turnt around and told me they aren't allowed to mix the vegan cheese and pepperoni on the pizza which doesn't make any sense. They say on their menu you can make your own pizza apparently that doesn't apply to lactose free people. Now having to wait for them to call me to give me a refund because head office or their boss wouldn't answer the phone. Absolutely fuming.

2nd week running 1.5.hr wait.... Last time stone cold pizza after 2 calls to ask where the hell my food was..... Tonight.... Long wait yet again.... To have half the order turn up... Rang and said for them to remake the missing item and I would collect (rather than wait a further hour plus). Arrive at shop to find my pizza going out for delivery.... The first one... Pretty cold... Not the fresh one.... I won't bother again
